The Painters

Description of Work: While scheduling for my windows to be cleaned I ask Harry if I could get my screens windows clean as well. I explained that I lived in an older home and ask how much more would it be to get screen cleaning added to my window cleaning. He assured me that they could clean both sides of both the screen and window for an additional cost of $2 for each screen. I confirmed that I did want the screens done also. The service man came and my brother met him while I was at work. He cleaned the outside of the screens and the window in the house...not between them. My brother notice that he was not cleaning between the windows and screens and assured him that I wanted the middle cleaned. He (worker), said that the windows they clean the screens are on the new kind of windows and that it was an extra cost. My brother shared that I understood that it was an extra fee and had agreed to pay it. He left without completing the job. I always try to work out any type of issues with the company/owner/manager, before complaining. In short: I have spoke to two people...1 said the man should have cleaned them and was going to contact me for rescheduling and the other agreed to pass this information to his boss and I should receive a call. I'm left 3 messages (last one was this Saturday, March 2nd) and spoke to 2 people and have not received an response or correction of the problem. Their message said that they believe in customer satisfactory, but I can't tell. I pray we get his resolved quickly. I believe in recommending companies that are faithful to their work.

Description of Work: Painting of interior and exterior of home.

Description of Work: They painted the house trim up high on the outside of my home.

Description of Work: Larry gave us an estimate for master bedroom/bathroom and downstairs bedroom/bathroom. After deciding on colors I emailed Randy to see what their availability was. Larry called me that evening and they scheduled me the next day. Larry and Alex came out today and painted the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. They showed up at the scheduled time. They cleaned up after themselves. The rooms look great.

Description of Work: Power wash and stain deck

Description of Work: On the first occasion, Larry came and repainted our banister on the stairs and the ceilings in living room, dining room, family room and kitchen and did an excellent job. We had watermarks on both the ceilings in the kitchen and living room which Larry repaired the drywall and painted over. The second time Larry came to our home, he repainted our banister in the kitchen. Larry also painted a section of the exterior of our home.

Description of Work: Exterior trim wash, primer and paint on a 1 story brick/vinyl home.

Description of Work: Larry & his team have now painted our new home (inside & out) and two rental homes for us (one inside & one outside). They are alway timely and neat. You can tell that they are professional painters by their workmanship! We will never paint again after having them paint for us! They are friendly, conscientious and great guys! They do a terrific job!
