Description of Work: It went great! She has done a great job, been professional, and always is on time. I’m having Marisol come back for the third time next weekend to do a move out clean. If she does a great job again I might have her come biweekly in my new house. She’s very sweet and friendly and great with my dog.

Description of Work: Marisol is fantastic! She started cleaning our home about 6 months ago and does such a good job, she really pays attention to the details. I have used other cleaning services in the past that I found didn’t maintain such a high standard over time. Marisol’s cleans our place weekly and is always super professional, especially as she has had to work around both me and my husband working from home. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable home cleaning service!

Description of Work: Marisol did a nice job on our house, and the $79/4 hours deal was a bargain. House was clean, Marisol was communicative and pleasant. We've asked her to come back.

Description of Work: The add said for a deep clean for 4 hours. She arrived at 8:30 and left at 10:30. She did do vacuuming and dusting and toilets. I was looking for a deep clean for the showers and the kitchen.

Description of Work: Cleaned surfaces, floors,bathrooms, made the bed; she broke or damaged 3 things in my house and never told me or took responsibility for the damage. She quit abruptly after breaking an ivory elephant. I didn't notice the problem until the next week when I was dusting and picked up the elephant and the broken leg fell off.

Description of Work: The coupon was for deep cleaning service until the entire home was cleaned up to 3k square feet. She did a great job on what she got to but she was unable to complete the entire downstairs. To be fair she did offer to come back but I declined.

Description of Work: While she did very well with what she did, this "deal" was $225 for (supposedly) $400 worth of deep housecleaning. I was quite satisfied with the job she did dusting, vacuuming, and most general cleaning, but not sure I got $225 worth, and most certainly nowhere near $400 worth. I was most dissatisfied with the floors and baseboards not being mopped and cleaned as stated in their Big Deal ad.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to engage this company. They did a good job throughout most of the house, which needed a good deep cleaning. I rated a B solely for one room (master bath) that wasn't cleaned well. It was odd because the rest of the house looked great.

Description of Work: She was not organized enough to completely clean one room before tackling another, thus some things were left undone or incomplete. What she did do was okay, but my floors weren't mopped or steamed which i requested personally.

Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" of 3 hours for $55. Marisol was very prompt and professional in communications and scheduling. She did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my house from top to bottom.
