First of all they salvaged all of the existing lights they could at a very reasonable cost. They also installed some new lights that exceeded our expectations. Finally, Ralph noted that my controller box was not working well any longer and had a lifetime warranty - so he switched it out for a new one, and said he would work with his distributor to get reimbursed - at no additional charge to us. It was an absolute pleasure to find a company like this that takes pride in its work, and exceeds the customer's expectations.

Ralph was very responsive, picked up his own phone, or got back to me quickly. He appreciated the business and said "thank-you", which is a lost art for many companies today. The work was completed as soon as materials were received. All went well with project.

I searched Angie's List to find someone to provide these services. I chose Ralph and Indiana Outdoor Lighting because of all of the good reports and I was not disappointed! Ralph came out very quickly to survey my home. He gave me a quote to do both the front and backyard but I decided to only do the front. Ralph followed up a couple of times, provided a revised quote and did the work within a week of when I gave the final ok. Ralph performed the installation after consulting with me on placement and it looks absolutely beautiful! I am thrilled with the quality of the lights as well as the overall experience in dealing with Ralph. I would absolutely use him again for any outdoor lighting need and would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

He did an excellent job. He found an outlet in the crawl space and ran the electrical cable through our foundation. He responded very quickly. He is very polite and likeable. We will continue using him as long as he is in business.

Called the company that put in our landscape lighting, but couldn't get them to come out see why part of our lights wouldn't work. We kept calling for 6 or 8 weeks with no response. So we called Indiana Outdoor Lighting and they were out in a couple of days and had them fixed and up and running in just a few hours.We couldn't ask for better service. So this is who we will call for any of our lighting needs.

Ralph's service is outstanding. He installed my exterior landscaping lights a few years ago. His quality of product is top notch. Never had a problem with any of the lights. Even during the winter when fully buried under the snow they always work. I will always continue to use Ralph and Indiana Outdoor Lighting. Many of my neighbors have used him with total satisfaction. He is a rare hardworking businessman who truly cares about his clients and the performance of his work.

I contacted Ralph. He gave me an estimate promptly and answered all the questions I had very throughly. Very affordable compared to other estimates I received!!!!! Once we decided to go with Ralph, the lighting was in by the end of the week. Looked great. After the fact, there was a problem with the timer....Ralph was out that day and fixed it. (I am writing this about a month after the work was done). I e-mailed him yesterday as the lights were not coming on.....he was out at our house on Sunday and spent about 1/2 hr in 100 degree heat trying the fix the problem.....come to find out it had nothing to do with his work!!!!! Excellent company and great individual to work with!!!!!!

My landscape lighting was not working in the front of the house and a couple lamps were broken in the back, needing replacing. I called Indiana Outdoor Lighting, spoke with Ralph and set up a time for him to come out. He was able to repair all issues. Very professional and reasonably priced. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Ralph again. I highly recommend this company!

Ralph came to look at the job, then put out test lighting for 3 days, and installed as soon as fixtures arrived.

He was able to temporarily fix it on the first visit, but given the problem, we agreed to a long-term fix (replace the light). He ordered the new fixture, came back and replaced it. He even adjusted the location of this and another fixture due to landscaping changes. It works and looks great!

We were concerned about safety as our front walk, driveway and garage were very dark at night. Ralph understood our budget constraints and suggested options that were attractive and durable while staying within our budget. He set up a demo so we could see a possible way to light up the front yard. This was extremely helpful, as it allowed us to make knowledgeable decisions before buying the lights. He completed the work promptly and we are very happy with the result.
