He was here on time for both work & estimate. The work was completed fast & efficiently.

After an initial meeting to assess the situation (light placement, outdoor power source, type of fixtures desired, etc.) proprietor returned on the appointed day and completed the job as promised. Lights are attractive, lend curb appeal at night, and provide me with an additional sense of security.

Ralph has an amazing business. He installed our outdoor lighting a few years ago and has always been prompt to return whenever we have a problem. This is the way a business should be run. You cannot go wrong using them.

Ralph of Indiana Outdoor Lighting and his assistant were excellent. He returned my call immediately. We set up a time to meet to plan out the details of the job. Ralph was extremely personable and seem very knowledgable. Once we discussed the plan, we set up a time for the job to be completed. He then sent me a follow up email confirming the time table. Not only would I use him again, I've already scheduled a second job with him so that should speak volumes about the services I've received. I can't say enough about the positive experience working with Ralph. He answered my initial inquiry promptly. When he came to view the property and discuss options, he had some terrific ideas that no one else had thought about. He provided a prompt estimate and quicklly provided a second estimate when we desired to tweak some items. Once we accepted his bid, the lights were installed within a week. He called me during the installation ( I was not at home that day) to discuss placement of a possible additional light that we had previously discussed, and for a discounted price, he added another light. I don't know how he aimed the lights so perfectly when installing during the day! The next day he called us to make sure we were happy with the lighting setup. I called him a week later with a concern about the automatic timer, and Ralph was prompt to replace it. What a joy to work with a businessman like Ralph!

After contacting Indiana Outdoor Lighting via Angie's List, Ralph promptly contacted me and arranged to come out and give us an estimate. He was able to provide suggestions for our lighting, as well as reviewed a brochure with the type of lights he would use. Once we received the estimate, we asked for a couple modifications, and Ralph was very prompt in responding to our needs with an updated estimate. Ralph and his associate arrived promptly to complete the work, walking around before beginning to ensure we were in agreement on placement of the lights and transformers. Once the lighting installation was complete, Ralph walked around with me and also showed me how to program the lighting timers. Ralph also followed up with a phone call a week after the installation to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ralph is a pleasure to work with and I will definitely consider using Indiana Outdoor Lighting again for any future electrical needs.

This company was a pleasure to work with. A representative was able to come out shortly after we made the initial call. He was knowledgeable in the products and was able to recommend what he thought would be best for our landscaping. The job was scheduled a week later and they completed everything in a few hours. It looks fantastic and the product is top quality. They were very thorough in their work and nothing was out of place when they left. The rocks in our landscaping were put back in place and you could never tell where the old lights had been. They were very professional in every way and we are so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend using this company for your lighting needs. Great Job!

Everything went very well. Our outdoor lighting stopped working. Wife called Ralph and he arrived at our place very, very quickly. Response time is outstanding! My wife and I never feel like Ralph is trying to take advantage of us ... ever. He does only what needs to be done, charges fairly for it, and hopes you will use him if needed in the future. I first called Indiana Outdoor Lighting based soley on their Angie's List ratings. Ralph certianly lives up to all the great remarks on here. He is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and he makes sure to give you what you need. We already had landscape lighting installed at our home, but many lights were not working and our sensor system was poor. He moved some lights, rewired a few that had been cut, replaced bulbs, added a new spotlight, added a new sensor and realigned them all. I had several lights stop working since Ralph first came out and each time I've called him, he comes right out and takes care of the job. I would definitely recommend him for your lanscape lighting needs.

After we contacted Indiana Outdoor Lighting, we received a prompt site evaluation and written quote. Ralph was very helpful in providing options and explaining the benefits of each. Installation occurred and everything was done as promised. We are quite satisfied with both the end product and the overall experience. Pricing was quite competitive.

Ralph, always answered his phone or got back promptly. Even though I had to reschedule twice (due to my circumstances). Ralph, was able to accommodate me timely! as soon as the snow melted enough to find the lights, they were out here doing the spring adjusting, re-bulbing and repairing our lights. The winter had been very destructive, but with Indiana Outdoor Lighting I've never worried. They will come out and do what is needed and stand behind their work. This is a very good company!

Ralph came out and provided ideas on what we could do to meet our needs. He showed us the light fixtures and explained how the light would diffuse over the space. He also explained how it would all work electrically. The installation went great. A year after the installation I noticed that a couple of the light fixtures in the trees were not working properly. I called Indiana Outdoor Lighting and Ralph got back to me quickly. He diagnosed the problem and is replacing the fixtures because they were not functioning as they should. Even though it was beyond the warranty he is taking care of it. Ralph has been very communicative through this process and I appreciate the fact that he is taking care of it to keep me satisfied. That is great customer service. I will definately use Indiana Outdoor Lighting again.

Ralph was very prompt and was able to do some quick work to get the system working and then came back to do finish work including burying lines and replacing bulbs. His instincts were great - took about 5 minutes for him to identify the primary issue was a bad splice in a buried line and he had it working again very quickly.
