Description of Work: All outdoor lighting was out, explained to Ralph that I had changed all lights the day before; Ralph suggested that I try a couple of things to see if it fixed the problem plus it would safe me money.....his suggestion worked. Indiana Outdoor Lighting had installed the landscape lighting in 2010....still wonderful.

Description of Work: Indiana Outdoor Lighting was highly recommended to me by the Window Box Gardener. We needed landscape lighting and irrigation ran to our flower pots. Not only was Ralph very much on time, but he was friendly and extremely educated on the jobs I needed completed. He had great ideas and made my work very easy! Our house looks fabulous now that it is beautifully illuminated! I hope to have him come back to illuminate our back yard in the very near future. We had one other quote and Indiana Outdoor Lighting's prices were better with much better quality lights. My husband and I are very much satisfied and will definitely use Indiana Outdoor Lighting again, as well as, recommend them to many others! It's so hard to find great companies, with great prices, and quality/honest people. Ralph (the owner) and one other man worked all day on the installation.

Description of Work: They were contracted to put up Christmas lights. They did not install lights where they were requested. They did no use electricians tape at the joints. Consequently I had to put up lights by myself. They have stopped functioning every time it snows. I will never use this service again. Ralph came out today and we had a very long discussion about the problems. Eventually I convinced him to tape the junctions between strings of lights. He did so even in the snow and they are now working except for one string that apparently did not get reconnected properly. I believe he left thinking they were not working but I discovered another problem where the gutters, now full of ice, were dripping on the exterior outlet. I fixed that problem and we are 90% right now. They did take down the lights and give a credit for the issues encountered.

 + 0 moreWe are very pleased with our outdoor landscape lighting and the way it makes our house look. It's an added security measure as well. It's on a sensor that detects the darkness and lightness in the evening and in the morning. He'll come out and check the lamps to replace any that are burned out or not functioning properly. They are very high in quality and look professionally done, as opposed to something cheesy that we might have done ourselves. We're very happy with the way it turned out.
Description of Work: We had Ralph estimate landscaping lighting for our front yard and house. His estimate was in the middle of other estimates we obtained from his competitors. Ralph was extremely customer oriented and excellent with followup. We chose him and he had us scheduled to install within 2 weeks.

The price was somewhat higher than other quotes we received, but the quality of the lighting fixtures, along with Mr. Redmond's design ideas, we felt, were worth the extra cost. The end result is beautiful & we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend this company & would definitely use them again.

A few of the fixtures were out of stock and they had to be ordered, Ralph called me to inform me of the status of the order and to let me know when he would come to install them. The work was done very neatly and the price was extremely reasonable.
