The sales pitch was really good, very pleasant gentleman to talk to and explained a lot about materials that are used to repair roofs. But after we signed the agreement, that is where there was a lot of communication breakdown on when they would start. Five months after they replaced the roof, it rained inside of our enclosed patio from ice freezing on an area. They said it may be the gutter company’s fault but we never had this problem for over a decade of living in the home until they replaced the roof. We also had water leaking under the roof into soffit areas. The soffit was replaced with cheap materials which makes it look pretty unprofessional. We called them in February 2022 to let them know of all of the issues. They immediately came to assess and they said they could not fix it until it warmed up, so I kept aluminum pans in my patio where it was leaking from the roof just in case. I had to call them several times once it warmed up, April, to see when they would be out to fix the roof, and finally they came out late spring to fix the two areas where it was leaking under the roof and damaged the new soffit. By the summer the seams between the soffit wood panels were separating and you could see gaps all around the house. We again had to call the company and they sent someone out to fix it. We did get a call from the sales guy to see if we were please with the repairs and all I could say was we will see next winter when we have snow and ice if we have the same problem again because it is hard to tell now.
Description of Work: We needed our roof replaced and the soffit replaced with new soffit.
