Absolute garbage. I paid extra for their product because their website says that ALL of their firewood is at or less than 18% moisture content. I called on three separate occasions and was told their wood was seasoned and dry. I ordered five ricks and at least 2/3 of the order came with a moisture content of 30%+. In return they offered me a 1/2 rick of wood, but I had to come pick it up. This isn't about the money....it is about a very dishonest company selling junk wood.

They were very prompt, and the wood was left in the driveway close to my firewood rack.

Told it was seasoned - it was not - told they would give a veteran discount - instead they raised the price of a rick by $10.00 !

We were desperate for firewood because we had just rented a house with a wood stove. The electric baseboard heat was too expensive. Having bought firewood from someone selling on Craigslist and ending up with green wood we wanted someone close who could deliver. Well it cost us plenty for them to drive a few miles to our house and drop a cord of wood. I had asked the owner (male) if the wood was seasoned, because, I told him, the last guy had said it was and it wasn't. Oh, yes! he said. NOT! It sizzled as bad as the previous stuff. Took forever for it to burn off the water and begin to heat the stove. Very disappointed.

Good quality walnut a bit damp (19%) but a decent price. Delivery $35 a bit expensive. Anyway they delivered same day.

They were excellent. They had a very reasonable quote and after encountering problems on the job they still stuck with the quoted price.
