I called this provider to arrange a consultation with an arborist re: concerns on a tree. I left a message and received a call back within 24 hours--so far so good! The person I spoke with explained that it would be several days before the arborist (Kevin) would be available by appt., but he would be in my area one day that week and could possibly just stop by and take a look and leave me a written report. That day came and went and there was no evidence of a visit and I did not receive a follow-up call that he wasn't able to work us in and that we could go ahead and set up an appt. A few days later, I happened to see on of their trucks on the road and called an 800 number, which got me to a corporate office who wasn't able to assist. I started to call again today and decided I would rather give my business to someone more responsive. Did more research on Angie's List, connected with a provider who was happy to schedule a consultation for next week.

It was fine. They were actually recommended by a class action lawsuit company and so I had them finish the work that they had actually started for the lawsuit company. I don't have anything to do with the lawsuit but it had something to do with them and the pesticide and herbicide for lawn treatment, and so it killed a bunch of trees. They were going to take out everything but three trees so I said just take them all out because it would look silly to have just three trees here and not in any other places. That's the reason they did work for me. I just used them because they were already doing the rest of my work.

I'd give them A's in everything except price. They did good work. They did a nice job. They cleaned up after themselves. The work was very professional and very good. They were very accommodating. I couldn't ask for anything better as far as the quality of their work. As I recalled, the gentleman in charge was named Mike and he went out of his way to be very accommodating. I couldn't afford them.

I was very pleased with them. They gave me a quote. The arborist was very knowledgeable. They performed the work. They came back when I had something that I think wasn't done quite right. They came back immediately and fixed it. I was very pleased. They were competitive. They had the knowledge and the expertise. Their pricing was competitive. They were fine. I would definitely use them in the future.

With our lawn service, I didn't have a lot of money, but it was worth it because when I didn't use them, my God, it was horrible. Quality of the work is topnotch.

It went fine. They did a good job. They've been providing the service probably for the last two or three years. They treated it in the spring, several times in the summer and then in the fall. They do different types of treatment for it, deeper treatment than they do several things spraying summer on the leaves and then on the exterior of the bark and so forth. Each treatment might be anywhere from $130-$150. Sometimes like the treatment on the spring, it might be around $230. It can vary, it goes up and down depending on the treatment. A couple of times, I had actually over p[aid the bill and they were very conscientious about getting back with me and working through that. They called me right away and said I had over paid the bill. They were very conscientious about rectifying it and making sure that I became aware that I had over paid it. We've got an on-going contract with them, so they just made sure that they noted that and how I wanted to resolve it either just give me the money back or just keep it as a credit for the next year service. I just tucked that as a credit for the next year service. Then they continue every month that they treated the tree, they just continued to notify me as to what the balance was and how that credit was being applied. When the next time that I would owe anything or what the balance was or what the balance was due or what credit was still available, they were just very conscientious on the accounting side of the business to keep me aware of where I was standing with that. I don\]t have anything to compare them with. It's expensive but so is losing the Ash tree because it's huge.

The service was great. I've used them for a couple of years in a row. It's reasonably priced. They are very conscientious. They don't waste time, they come out and do it. Everything is good. I had no problems at all. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It is okay. It is alright. They do a nice job. The lawn looks good. They're timely in their service. They provide other options. I just don't use the other options. They're prompt in their service. I use them every year.

They came out and sprayed them and it protected them from whatever the blight was that was going around killing all these evergreens at some point several years back. The representatives that came out were timely and came when they said they would. They didn't leave any messes or anything.

Davey is still a provider. They're doing a great job for us. They trim our Ash trees every other year. They provide great service and take care of what I need, so that's the reason I use them and will continue to use them.
