I am satisfied with their service and professionalism.

On time as promised. Knowlegable and Professional. Member of management came to get them started. Friendly and courteous. Had all necessary equipment with them. Left the lawn free of debris when they left. Defintely would use again.

Everything went fine. The guy that does the actual work, I've known him for years, he is always respectful and polite and does whatever I need him to do.

They were excellent. They were quick and clean and managed to take away all of the debris. They were more reasonable than some of the other estimates we had received with their pricing. They were on time and worked efficiently. They ground out the stumps for us too.

It went very well. They did a great job and cleaned up very well. I couldn't believe that, I thought I might have to pick up branches.

They wanted to wait until spring to treat and we didn't want to. We wanted some action and they didn't want to do it right away. I read that it was good what they said and that it was bad, so it was a toss up.

They came out and gave me an estimate, then came out the following day to do the work. They were very timely, given the number of storms we've had lately and the number of jobs they have to do around town.

Kevin McBride provided us with an estimate based on his evaluation of what needed to be done. They arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time and completed the work in one day. In addition to the trimming, they also removed one fairly large tree entirely. All debris was removed. We have dealt with Davey in the past and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and we trust their work. We were pleased with the result.

Job went well. Estimate was provided, contract signed, and I was notified of work date by phone. Professional service provided per contract.

It has been fine. Their knowledge and expertise of cabling is why we use them. Most place butcher trees and Davey tree does not believe in doing that. We believe they know what they are talking about. They are arborist.

They did a very good job and were always professional.

They were mature trees so they had to move the root system as well. They did a very good job. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They worked with us for the correct placement of the trees. I am very happy with the work they did.

They did excellent work. They gave a "winter work" discount, too, which I appreciated.

I thought their price was very reasonable. Their workers were very good. They took a large bowl at the base of the trees so that the trees will survive, which I?m sure they will. They placed them exactly as we wanted. We were so satisfied we tipped each of their workers $20. I would hire them again.

The guys from The Davey Tree Expert did a good job. They seemed to know what they were doing. They did a good job with the deep root feeding and with injecting the tree. There were no problems with them. They were expensive though.

We called Davey for an estimate on trimming 4 trees in our back yard, including a hawthorn 50 feet tall, which we had two cables installed in to prevent damage during storms. They did the estimate on June 17, 2009, but by the time I decided on them, my having to turn down one date, and with all the wet weather, the work wasn't done until the end of August. Kevin McBride wrote down exactly what they were going to do and the work was done exactly as promised. Davey employs an arborist and has liability insurance (I called the company to confirm that like Angie suggests), so we felt comfortable using them. They trimmed just what was dead and the trees look great and we won't be in danger of falling limbs. We had quite a stack of brush we'd cut down from our fence line and Davey agreed to remove that, too. Quite a relief. They brought in a bucket truck and made sure our lawn wasn't damaged. The two men who worked on the trees were personable and were able to explain why they did what they were doing. I thought they were going to trim around power lines but they said that they weren't permitted to do that. Apparently I had neglected to discuss this issue with them--this was our third estimate. They left the yard rake clean. They did such a good job we contracted them to do lawn care and they have been out twice to apply weed killer and fertilizer.

They are very responsive and have a high quality of work. They are priced reasonable and I would definitely to others.

They did a few big projects for me and did a nice quality job. The pruning work they did was esthetically pleasing. I've spent quite a bit of money on fertilizing and pruning the sick blue spruce tree and the cytospora canker is coming back I've decided to go with another company to see if they can nurture the spruce back to health.

Everything went well. They were professional, and they seemed to know what they were doing. I did not compare prices, but they did give me the Angie's List discount. I was happy with them and would use them again.

Excellent work on the projects we asked for--trees and grass. Only complaint--and one they failed to address in the way they said--was the dripping of oil onto our driveway in multiple areas. The head person from the job said they would clean up the oil mess. They never did. We have cleaned this up as best we can but will be getting it cleaned professionally because this is the area the kids play in daily.

Very good. When a limb was cut, and hit the ground, another fellow would take it to the chopper to be ground up. Everyone knows their job, and when to do it.

Kevin McBride was very responsive to the request for quote. He visited the property within 2 days of my call, preparing a detailed assessment and talking through the report with me on site. He worked hard to balance the work needed with my budget including recommending that the work be done during their off season when I would qualify for a 10% discount on the total job. The crew was very thorough, accomplishing all of the work and ensuring the site was clean after both days of work. Davey isn't the cheapest tree service, but they do quality work in a very professional manner.

The company showed up when they said they would. It took them several days and they did an excellent job of cleaning the limbs, branches, and trunks up. I was surprised by the amount of equipment they brought. They followed all of my instructions. It was a fairly professional service and I would highly recommend them.

The original guy was great. We asked that they call ahead because we have a dog. The yard is looking good.
