We worked solely with Jennifer Goodspeed, who is still with Remax, but has her own office now. She made the first visit to our home in October of 2013. She helped us determine which things needed prepped for sale and we went on the market the last week of February 2014. Our home sold in less than a month. During that time frame, we signed with a builder, and Jennifer was our realtor through the building process. We closed on the new house in October of 2014. Jennifer continued to follow up with us and our builder through the post-build fix-it items, which were completed January 2015. Jennifer is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She is very professional and has an eye for detail. She walked through my home, made recommendations to become market-ready (none were expensive), and she paid part of my Stagers fee as well (we did choose to go with a Stager so our home would stand out). With her very focused marketing, we sold our home in less than a month. Jennifer knows exactly how to get a home in front of the right people, and she articulates these facts in writing, and can back it up with data. We sold our very average tract-home for our full asking price, which I believe is fully due to her advice, use of professional photography, and assistance with the Stager, and teaching me how to properly sell a home. We decided to build, and Jennifer was with us EVERY step of the way. She tracked every piece of the negotiation, and followed up with the builder on many topics on our behalf. After the contract was signed, our builder decided they would not allow the house we chose to be built on the lot we chose. Jennifer stayed very calm, and had an action plan in place within the hour. It all worked out in the end, but that was due to Jennifer's ability to lead us through this process. She is an amazing negotiator. We are now living in our dream house. Whenever I stopped by to visit, Jennifer was there with her list, a measuring tape, and probably a flashlight! She once called me to make sure the baseboard was exactly what I had wanted! Nothing, and mean nothing, got past her. One pipe behind the stairs was too large for the drywall, and she caught it before the inspector did. She also recommended we use our own inspector through the process, and that was spectacular advice. It assured we were getting a solid home through and through. Jennifer understands every facet of buying, selling, and building, so she could explain so many things to me. I really have no background in real estate, and would never have had the guts to build without her advice. You hear so many horror stories. We had a very positive experience, and are now living in a home we love. Jennifer is simply a gifted Realtor. She knows her business and answers questions promptly. She is level-headed, straight-spoken, and very bright. I could not be happier with her work.

We communicated through email, per our request. The house we wanted, was listed for 8 days. We knew right away that was the house we wanted. She was able to expedite the sale and we closed pretty quickly. They really personalize and tailored their services with sitting down with my husband and I to understand what our needs were and what we were looking for. They were experts in their field.

I love the experience 100%. Their communication was great, as well as their professionalism. They had an offer on my home 30 hours after listing it. I paid them a 7% standard fee.

I received Tom Endicott's name from the Dave Ramsey website a couple of years ago. I am a first time home buyer. It took me a couple of years to get my credit together. The very first condo I looked at had no floors and needed a lot of TLC. I wasn't really sold on the condo itself. He educated me on the type of mortgage I would need. He did not try to sell me this condo just to make a commision. Tom worked very patiently with me. In March 2014, I was ready to buy. I went to open houses while I was finishing getting my credit together. Tom sent me a link to my email that had all the new properties that came on and off the market right away. In fact, a couple of condos I saw the day after they were on the market. The condo I bought I saw a week after it was on the market. There was already another offer on the table. Tom advised to go with our absolute best offer, so the seller would really consider our offer and possibly turn the other buyer down all together. I did what he suggested, and he was right. The seller decided to reject the other offer and work with us. Tom was a huge help in keeping me sane during the mortgage process. My Mom was very impressed with how I handled the stress of the situation. When I felt like something wasn't going right or might fall through, Tom was there to reassure me that he had done this many times before, and everything would be alright. After about a month, we were at the closing table, and I got the keys to my new condo. I still love my condo. I have lots of little luxuries that I didn't have in my apartment...garage, washer/dryer that I don't have to share, open concept kitchen, my own bathroom, a balcony off my bedroom, etc. It feels great to be a home owner. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Tom keeps in touch here and there just to be sure everything is working out well. I would definitely use Tom again, and I have recommended him to everyone I know that is looking for a new house.

I have and will continue recommending them to anyone. I used them 2 and a half years ago. They have continued to contact me since, at least 2 times year to make sure everything is okay and or if I need help with anything. They are wonderful and very helpful. They even helped me while they were on vacation. They all answered their cell phones and I remember their pricing was fair, actually more than fair. Everyone I have worked with treated me with first class at at most response time. I could not say enough good about them.

Our agent was Jennifer Goodspeed. It went great! We had an agent that I really felt understood what we were looking for and did not try to show us homes out of our price range or outside our criteria unless we requested to see it. She was helpful in evaluating the areas (since we were not familiar with the area) and helped us every step of the way. She was always easy to reach and returned our calls quickly when we had to leave a message. She was helpful through the whole process from search to closing and has even checked in on us a few times since to see if everything was going well. Jennifer was a great agent!!!

Tom and Pam are amazing they talk all of the frustration out of buying or selling a home. I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't think of using another realtor.

Tom met with us to discuss the options and renting vs buying. Extremely informative. He set up our own parameters and helped us narrow down areas and what exactly we are looking for. Tom is the man!

Outstanding customer service. They take care of the big things but also ALL THE LITTLE THINGS to make selling and buying so much less stressful. It truly is a team effort from them and I appreciated it very much.

Tom was an outstanding agent from the beginning of our home search process. When we first met with him, we were in no hurry to buy/sell property, but he was very patient and fully explained the process when/if we were ready. We casually looked at property with him over the next few months until we found something we wanted to pursue. He guided us through the buying process and the transaction went smoothly. After the transaction, we entered a nightmare scenario as the sellers left the property in unacceptable condition and did not meet many agreed upon items. Tom helped us navigate this difficult time by putting our interests before his own to rectify the situation. In selling our old property, Tom proved once again to be a valuable asset. He helped us get the property ready to go to market and offered guidance on pricing, staging, etc. We accepted an offer within two weeks of listing. Unfortunately, we again entered a nightmare scenario where our buyers became increasingly difficult and eventually walked away from the transaction days before closing. Tom helped us regroup and go back to market where we got two offers within 24 hours. In the end, we sold that property for more than we expected. In my opinion, the best indicator of true customer service is what happens when things go wrong. I am confident that Tom was the reason we made the best out of two initially bad situations. He is selfless and works diligently on your behalf. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell property.

I cannot speak highly enough about Team Endicott. From our first walk-through to the day of the closing, Tom was a tremendous help in guiding us through home-buying process. As first time home-owners, we were nervous and skeptical. Tom was always super honest and insightful--qualities that were much-appreciated for buyers who had no idea what they were looking for. We must have walked through twenty or thirty homes, and Tom never seemed the least bit agitated despite our finding flaws with every house. Tom calmed our nerves, and wouldn't let us settle for an average house. When we finally found our home, Tom was very diligent in bringing the process to a close. He negotiated vigorously for us, and was a great advocate on our behalf. Even after we closed on the home, Tom has helped us tie up some of the loose ends. All of this is to say that, if you're looking to buy or sell or rent or lease, HIRE TEAM ENDICOTT!

Our overall experience with the Endicott group and Tom Fisher specifically was very, very good, especially considering I found Tom from reading other's reviews of their work with him and just called him out of the blue! From our initial phone conversation to our closing date, Tom and his Team were ideal partners for us in buying a second home out-of-state! I believe anyone seeking a realtor, whether to list and sell or to purchase would be well-served with this team!!
