After a visit to evaluate the problems and provide and an estimate they scheduled a day to perform the work, which was done quickly, professionally and with no hassles. Charges were fair and reasonable.

Wonderful Job - Troy & Manuel were awesome - great attitude, great work ethic. Good job on painting the door. Owners sarah worked out potential kinks in the beginning.

No service. Never returned call after talking with them about issue.

Called several times to schedule an estimate. Never got a hold of a real person. Left message and they did call back and left me a message. We set up a 4pm appointment one afternoon. I rearranged my schedule away from work to be home to meet him. No one showed, no one called me. At 430 I called them to see if anyone was coming and had to leave another message. Later that evening, someone called me to apologize and that the guy coming out had a family emergency and that was the reason he didnt make it. So in all my good heartedness I decided to set up another appointment with them. I set up a noon appointment this Friday and again at 12:30 no one had called or shown up. I called and he said he was just finishing up lunch and would be out in about 40 mins. I told him to just forget it at that point. There is NO WAY I would ever consider using a company that cant call or show up for appointments on time. This shows they are not reliable and you don't want someone that is not reliable to work on your house. Very poor experience.

I took advantage of the special $299 offered by them on Angies List. I had already used this company in the past, and was happy to see the offer. A date was scheduled, and Jay was the employee that came to the house. Jay had previously done work at my home, and did a very good job. He arrived timely, and quickly and efficiently went to work on my list. He was patient when I decided to run to Lowes and have more blinds replaced. Jay was also helpful in answering some questions I had about future projects around my home.

No estimate was received / No work done.

FANTASTIC!! My call was returned within 1 1/2 hours and Elden was here within the next hour. It was a simple fix FOR HIM, but an absolute frustration for me. (My dog had awoken me in the middle of the night to a flooded kitchen, dining room, and basement laundry room. All I had been able to do was move things around so that the leaking hose was in the kitchen sink and no longer drenching the whole area.) Elden quickly found the shut-off valve for the refrigerator ice-maker and turned off the water. When I went to pay him, he said it was a simple fix and he lived nearby so there would be no charge. I couldn't believe it! Speedy service and free! I am actually looking forward to having some problems so I can hire him to do the work!

They were fine. They showed up when they said that they would. They were on time and within the budget. I did not have any problems and I would hire them again.

They were quick to respond to my estimate request and once I approved the estimate quickly scheduled the work. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate and the work was very polite and professional. On the day he showed up to do the work he was on time and got right to work. I was very pleased wih all the work performed and would use them again in the future.

Jay from Super Handyman came to my house to fix several small problems that I have put off for some time. I took advantage of the Handyman Coupon offered by Angies List. A day's labor for $299.99. Jay was very professional. He came on time worked efficiently and always checked to see if his work was satisfactory to me. Outstanding experience all around. I will definitely call him back when problems come up in the future.

The jobs went very well. He is excellent. I will use him again in the future.

Brad is a great handyman. He is a very sharp guy and really hustles - most importantly, he really cares about the quality of his work and it shows in how he goes abouthis business. He spent almost a full two days at the house fixing various projects I had put off for about a year and was surprisingly fast in getting the jobs done, all with positive results. He is trustworthy and professional and will certainly be getting future business from me. Great experience overall.

He does a great job. His pricing is very reasonable. He does a super job and his timeliness is good. I have no complaints at all. I used him several times.

Great! I'm usually scared of Handymen but they worked out great. They did a good job. They took pictures of what he looked like before and after.

Brad was wonderful -- he repaired damage from ice damming, as well as replaced window hardware, fixed drywall cracks, installed flat screen tv mounts and tvs, miraculously stabilized a wall to reduce floor squeaks, and appropriately seated a sink that hadn't been installed correctly.

They were very flexible with appointment times and very professional.

He explained what he planned to do during the estimate meeting. He was on time the day of the work and kept me up-to-date on the progress - including when he had to leave to purchase nails and matching paint. He cleaned up afterword. The work he did looked fine - he even painted the other windows that did not require any work.

Super Handyman, or should I say Superman, came on time to give estimate. I got the estimate via email and confirmed through email. They were very timely answering my email. When Superman came he explained to me that he would be in and out throughout the day because of waiting for the ceiling to dry after various layers (drywall, texture,primer, then, paint.) He always told me what time he would be back. Because of my schedule, he came back the next morning for the final paint coat and really worked around my schedule. He was timely every time. I'm very happy with the texture match and Super Handyman

They are great! I think we have found our handyman from here on out. Not only was Elden prompt, professional and responsive but he was a persxonable educator. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and what we could do in the future to prevent the problem. This is the first time my husband and I have owned a house, so we really have no idea what we are doing with a lot to say the least! I felt comfortable asking Elden his advice, and never felt like he was thinking I was an idiot for some of the issues! I was also impressed to learn that thet are certified electricians and plumbers on top of everything else. It is so convenient to only have to call one contractor to ger work done. Overall, I am very impressed and will definitely be calling super handyman services and Elden in the future!!!! They are the type of company that make me realize how valuable good contractors can be.

Great service as usual. These are my go-to guys for most jobs and if they can't do it, I go to them for a recommendation elsewhere.

Contacted the service provider via email. They were very responsive to email. They arrived on time and were able to make the repair same day. The service provider explained in detail the steps he would take to repair the siding. Repair was quick and we were billed the amount that was originally quoted. We will use this service provide again for future needs.

The job went very well and I would use them again. I left a voice message and they responded right away. The gentleman that came got to work right away and he got the job done. I liked the professional service and the fact that he knew what he was doing. He was clean-cut. I would absolutely use him again.

WOW!!! I became acquainted with them from the Angie's list recommendations and they truly are exceptional. They worked with us very closely to arrange a convenient time for the estimate. He arrived as promised and was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt he was trustworthy from his recommendations, how well he listeneded to our questions and concerns, and the plans we agreed upon. His estimate was thorough. There was some confusion about scheduling (honestly, on both my part and theirs). Once this was realized, they immediately worked dilligently to be certain we were happy with the plan. That was very impressive to me. The quality of work was great--very professional and exactly as we had discussed it. He verified that we were pleased with the outcome...which we were! The work area was left clean after a pretty messy dirty project. I highly recommend these folks and will DEFINITELY use them in the future. I am extremely pleased with the results of the work done by Jay from Super Handyman Service. When he came to do the estimate he was completely thorough in his investigation of all the items on my to-do list. He studied each area carefully and gave his opinion on the most efficient, most cost-effective way to complete the work I needed done. I was impressed with the care he took to assess the job. I first asked for the estimate in October of 2010. The job took about two months to complete, but this is not a reflection of Super Handyman Service's scheduling practices--the time elapse was totally due to my husband's and my schedule. First of all we had a few scheduling conflicts due to family commitments and the holidays, and second, I wanted the work to be done in stages as we planned for my husband to paint the bathrooms after the drywall had been completed but before the new sinks were installed. Also, we had to finish one bathroom before starting the other so that we'd have at least one working bathroom in the house at all times. Jay was very patient about waiting for us to be ready for him to come back to do the next stage of the work each time. Jay worked very diligently whenever he was in the house, and always took great care to clean up his work site before leaving for the day. He saved us some money by figuring out how to fix the leaky shower without having to replace the whole system. He also saved the day by coming up with a solution to a problem we discovered the day he prepared to install the first new vanity cabinet. Turns out when the original laminate flooring was installed, it did not cover the slab under the old cabinet. When he started to install the new cabinet, he noticed that it was a little narrower than the old one, and part of the slab and the jagged edge of the laminate flooring was visible in front of the cabinet. It was quite unsightly! But he suggested that instead of re-doing the entire floor, we could buy a couple pieces of bull-nosed tile, which he installed just in front and between the arched legs of the cabinet, effectively covering the offending patch of floor and tying it all together. I think it looks just fine and it saved us a lot of money. The price we paid did not include the paint, sinks, cabinets, toilet or exhaust fans, which we bought on our own. Also, we used our Angie's List coupon which saved us $100. My husband did all the painting and later installed the new towel racks and medicine cabinets, and now both bathrooms look great. I would provide before/after pictures, but I was too ashamed of the way the bathrooms looked to take a picture of them before the work was done! :) I am so happy with the work that Jay did in our home and definitely plan to call Super Handyman Service again to tackle the rest of the items on this list of mine! The only reason I did not give them straight As is because whenever I called to arrange for work to be done, I always got an answering machine. A very nice young lady always called back, but sometimes it was hours later and once it was not until the next day. I would have liked the calls to have been returned sooner in order for me to be able to give them an A in responsiveness. Nevertheless, I am happy with the work and have already passed Jay's business card to a friend who is in need of a handyman!
