We have been consistently very happy with the work and professionalism of Elden and Jay. We are glad we found them! It is easy to schedule appointments by email or phone and their office is very good at working with us to find a date and time that will work. The quality of the work is outstanding. Jay points out ways to do repairs and improvements to our home that are better than what we envisioned and he is mindful of the cost to us as well.

He was excellent. He was on time, neat, clean, and professional. Him and his helper were polite and very helpful. I would definately recommend him. He was personable and informative. I'm a single woman and felt like he was honest and did not feel taken advantage of.

Redid some grout in bath; cleaned a section of gutter; fixed a sliding door screen, and did some drywall patching in a shower and then painted it. He did a great job and he's coming back to do more home maintenance for me.

We were very pleased with the prompt response to our call and scheduling an estimate. We had problems with a different company delaying the actual work. Jay came out and gave estimate within two days. His estimate was about half of the previous one we received. We scheduled the repair for the following week. He called me the day of the repair to tell me he was feeling sick and going to the doctor. He said he really wanted to get the job done and we rescheduled for the following day at noon. He arrived on time and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. He cleaned up entirely after himself. The only reason I gave a "B" on quality is he did not have colored caulk to fill in a space next to wood. I had to purchase this and complete the project but for what we saved in the estimate, it was worth it.

Eldon texted me about a half hour before he got here. Once he arrived, he and his assistant very quickly started working and got the pool ready for winter. I have used this company for several years now and have been very happy with their service. Eldon is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him to fix any problem we have with our pool.

They are professional and timely, and I like that I have direct contact with Elden, the owner.

They were way over priced for such a small job. There were just a few things to do. We were told by another contractor that broke his arm and couldn't finish that the work could be done in one day. We had already removed and cleaned and prepared the areas for the counter top area and shower doors and light fixture. We were supplying all the materials. Enclosed are the emails. I purchased the special deal for handyman services as a Christmas gift for my husband in December of 2011. I sent Handyman Services LLC an email shortly after making the purchase asking them to please contact us after the holidays to schedule the service because i wanted to make the gift a surprise. Unfortunately they never contacted us to schedule a time to do the four hours of work and I also failed to contact them to schedule the work to get done. Almost a year later, I sent them an email to see if they would honor the special offer despite the long lapse of time since I purchased their services. I never got a response from the provider nor did I follow-up on my email. I assumed there was an expiration date for when the services had to be performed and since I had not contacted them before that date to schedule the work, then I was out of luck. I do feel like the company should have contaced us to schedule the work since they had already been paid for the services.

He was efficient, neat, and did an overall excellent job.

He did an excellent job. He is personable, easy to work with, and very prompt. I will always call them for services that I need.

He's a contractor who does handyman stuff. We had this covering over this patio and there was like 50 holes. The whole thing was ruined by the hailstorm. So they came and removed the old one and put up a new corrugated fiberglass or plexiglass roof on there. It was hard to find a company that would do it and they offered other services and they turned out to be a quarter or 2 less than the other companies and they did a fine job.

His work was adequate for a handyman.

He was very punctual and provided a simple solution .

He replaced a floorboard under the sink where we’d had a leak, and replaced some lighting. He provided good service.

I continue to use the handyman services of Super Handyman Service. They are honest, and they have a good price. I am just at a point where I leave them a key, and they let themselves in at this point. I am not even home when they did their work. The quality of their services is excellent.

Elden is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He has helped us with all of our issues from the beginning (we purchased the tub from Overstock.com). The source of the hot tub may have been a mistake, but Elden has been so great in getting things in order for us after that decision. He has even worked with their warranty department, and most of the costs have not been out of pocket for us. He comes out on weekends, and is very good about staying on top of any and all issues. It is truely a blessing to get to work with such a great person. You don't get service like this too often anymore, it does not seem, and Super Handyman Service is a breath of fresh air. It took forever to get a date scheduled. I asked in advance for a list of materials to be purchased for the work. Work was done weeks later but few of the requested materials were used. My screen door was taken for rescreening. It took weeks and several calls to get the item returned. I believe that the company was sincere in their effort to do the work properly but got caught up in a losing situation by offering the big deal. I am not sure that the details were presented to them in a fair manner before they accepted the promotion.

Very responsive; good weekly service. If there was ever an issue, they would promptly respond and try to resolve. We ended up having Eldon put in a salt water system and ever since the water has been much clearer!

He just came out to give me a quote.

I called for a quote to have rotted chimney repaired/replaced. A woman called back and at first she said they no longer did jobs that required getting up on roofs. However, she said she would send someone out the following week. He showed up and took one look and started laughing and said "do you realize how much this is going to cost?" I said I knew it would be pricey based on the nature of the job, so he did some more measurements and said he would email me the quote. He never did. I don't remember the name of the guy, but he looked like Jack Black.

SHS did an outstanding job. After going through an unfortunate situation with a company we had to terminate (Lifestyle Group), SHS came in to complete our renovation project and was everything the other company was not. SHS was professional. SHS was timely in attaining their completion dates. SHS prices were more than reasonable. SHS communicated on a daily basis, in person, about the work and progress. SHS went above and beyond the contractual duties, without charging extra. In short, SHS was fantastic.

Eldon was right on time although we had set this appointment up a few months ago. Eldon and his helper went to work as soon as they arrived at our home and were finished in less than 45 minutes. We have had our hot tub for 5 years and Eldon comes each fall and spring to service it. His price has not changed either. I'm about to e-mail him to set up the spring service as well as another handyman job.

We've used them to open our pool ever since we purchased a Big Deal for a pool opening package. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about pools. We have had problems with other companies in the past, so we appreciate a company that we can feel confident in.

Excellent from start to finish.

Elden is AWESOME! What a great guy and so trustworthy. His customer service skills are excellent, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. He showed up on time when promised and got right to work. I am a new pool owner and know nothing about pools. He asked if the previous owner had left the plugs and other things for the pool so he could close it. And of course, they hadn't. He said "no problem" and had some extras in his truck (which he didn't even charge me for!). My pool pump had also gone out the week before, but that didn't seem to shake him either. He had all he needed to winterize my pool. He had ordered the cover for my pool previously, and installed it as well. He also placed deck chairs, my pool cleaning equipment and hosing, and the handrail to the pool all neatly together for my ease in putting it all away. I will NEVER use anyone else for my pool needs and will certainly use Elden for opening it in the spring as well as to install a new pool pump and filter system. I can't say enough good things about this guy and his company. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone as hard working and trustworthy as Elden. I'm not letting this guy go! Use him and I know you will feel the same.
