We did not want to replace the original cast iron porch lantern (c 1929) with a new fixture.It was rusty, the fixture did not work and there were numerous issues with it. Eldon put in a new socket, cleaned it, repaired it, and made it look great again. He spent a lot of time performing this restoration at a very low price. We could not be happier.

Wonderful. Came out same day, worked into the evening. Was informative, complete, clean, and thorough.

On a Sunday Mr. Foltz came to look at the 10 year old leaking water heater at my mom's house and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. We discussed sizes and warranties before deciding what the house needed and he quoted me a total cost breaking down how much was labor, new tank and parts. He returned the next day with a helper. Together they quickly removed the old piece and installed a new 40 gallon water heater. They also disposed of the old tank. From beginning to end Mr. Foltz was very professional and very helpful with his recommendations.

Feeder pipes to a downstairs shower burst during the extreme cold this past winter. Elden was extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed to decide exactly what we wanted done. He explained our options clearly and fully and we decided to replace the old shower with a better one, since the old one had to be removed in order to perform the plumbing repairs. Elden and his crew were punctual, pleasant, and efficient. Elden went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work. He did more than he was obligated to do.

Throughout the my whole experience with him, from the time I initially e-mailed him and talked to him on the phone, from the time he left my house he was polite and professional. He left my kitchen just as clean when he left as it was when he started. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Overall this project was top notch. No problems whatsoever.

He was prompt and very responsive. The storm window was not damaged when it fell out and he put it back into place. There was a minor issue, and when notified and he returned immediately to resolve it. The 'B' I gave for quality is really an "A-."

Great experience, I would definitely recommend Elden!! I called Elden on a Wednesday and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone to install a new storm door and exterior door. He came out that Saturday with a helper to do the job. He was polite and punctual. They were there for longer than expected due to my door not being very standard, but he stuck to his quote and only added cost for parts that had to be purchased from Lowes. He fixed a threshold that we didn't expect to be rotted out and did an excellent job overall.

My exterior door to the back yard badly needed replacement. I found one that I liked at a local hardware store, but needed to find someone to install it. I called Elden on New Years Eve and was surprised that he agreed to come out that same day. He was very personable and provided a reasonable estimate. I wanted the door installed as soon as possible, because the weather stripping was shot and my heating bills were growing rapidly. Normally I do comparison shopping, but considering the circumstances, decided that I was comfortable enough with Elden and to called and set up an appointment. The morning of the appointment, it was cold and snowy. Elden called and asked if I wanted to delay the install until the next day, because of snow getting into the house during the time the old door was taken off and the new one put on. I appreciated his concern, but decided to keep the appointment. Elden arrived on time and set right into work. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. He was able to use all my old molding, saving me a few dollars, and replaced a small piece of shoe molding with quarter round at no additional cost to me. He also did extensive caulking to ensure a proper weather seal. Elden was very personable, answered all my questions, and explained things in understandable detail.

From the moment I called, to the time the project was finished, took just one afternoon. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, and they cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell they had been there. I will definitely be using them in the future! Eldon is a pleasure to deal with, and professional to boot.

Elden and his helper Darrell arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. Not that I am complaining. They removed all the old caulk and grout from around my bath tub. They also removed it from around my kitchen sink. They then cleaned the area and re caulked. They also sealed the grout in the tile surround by the tub. I couldn't ask for better. They were clean and left my house as they found it. Elden is very reasonable and does a great job. This is the second time I have used his services. And I can guarantee it won't be the last.

Elden did a terrific job. We had selected a different door (Anderson), but Elden called from the store and said he found a Pella that seemed really good. We took his advice and are very happy with the doors. Elden had to do a bit of tinkering with the door frame to get the front door to fit. He did charge us an additional $35 but I think it was well worth it.

The work was done quickly and professionally. I was extremely pleased and we discussed several other projects to be done in the future. Finding this gentleman was like finding a gold mine. I'm sure I will use him often.

We contacted Elden on Saturday and he came out that evening to fix our basement window. He was very personable and did excellent work in a short amount of time and that includes two trips to the store for materials. We spoke to Elden about a couple other things we need repaired. He assured us of his knowledge and professionalism. We will not hesitate to use Elden in the future and recommend him to neighbors, friends and family.

This was a huge project and I only survived because of the easy manner and gentle professionalism of Elden Foltz. He could sense that I was frequently overwhelmed with too many decisions and struggling with spending so much money, and his patience and calm demeanor is what made this project an overwhelming success. I also changed my mind mid-stream and went from just remodeling the kitchen to taking down all the walls and doing the entire project all at once. Thank heavens! My home now looks just as I hoped and pictured in my head, and that is what I think we all look for in a major remodel. Luckily, I trusted his opinion on many items and he seemed to understand the overall vision and feeling that I was trying to create. From start to finish, Elden and his crew made a messy project great fun and exciting instead of what I expected. Many times, Elden agreed to go above and beyond on small details to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He was also excellent at pointing out how certain upgrades would enhance the value of my home, based on his experience in other, newer homes. It is very hard to have your entire living space torn up, packed in a POD, and to basically be locked in your bedroom because it is the only inhabitable space, but it was well worth it. Elden was also very conscientious about cleaning up as much along the way as possible, and getting me my kitchen functional as soon as possible. I was getting tired of microwave-only meals! Overall, I would have to say this was as good as it gets for a huge project like this, and delays came only from waiting on special order items to arrive and trying to work around my schedule. Elden Foltz and Super Handyman Service did a remarkable job on my home and transformed it into a space I am very comfortable in and proud of.

Super Handyman Services was quick to come out and do the estimate. They were friendly yet professional and listened carefully to what I needed done. I'm sure that they would have done an excellent job for us. We didn't choose this company only because they had the high test priced estimate of the 3 that we had gotten for this job. It wasn't totally out of the ball park or anything but we had to make a choice somehow so we did it based on price.

Eldon came to our home and gave us an estimate and a start date. After we agreed on the price he and his crew began work the exact day he said he would. During the painting process Eldon found some small defects in the wall and repaired them at no extra cost before he began painting. When they were done painting Eldon and his crew took up the old carpet and replaced it with the new carpet and padding. When he was done he realized a savings on the carpet and passed that on to us. So the project was a little less expensive than originally estimated. I feel as though I got a lot more than expected for my money and I will call him for any repairs that I needed.

Other than insurance taking a while to settle the claim and waiting for an opening on Eldon's work schedule, it went fairly smoothly. The final price was a bit more because he had to install a new electrical outlet for the motor on the whirlpool tub.

We called Super Handyman and they arrived first thing in the morning as promised. This was a very small job and they did the repair right away. The next day I noticed that the siding had come loose again. It seems that the siding was not installed properly in the first place. Super Handyman returned and showed me how the siding had been installed improperly. They were able to reattach the siding on the second attempt. I was very impressed with their willingness to come back and effect the repair again.

I liked them very much. price wise, they were very reasonable. They did a good job!

See note above. Mr. Foltz and his associate arrived at the appointed time, got to work quickly. Took care to protect carpet, walls and furnishings. Clean-up afterward was complete. We were completely pleased.

We had bought the door two years ago. We had Super Handyman Service install the door on September 20. I called the 16, they called back on the 18 and installed on the 20. They installed it in less than a week. It is great service in my opinion. He did an excellent job. We got the 10% discount. I will certainly use him again for future projects.
