It was somewhat difficult to get ahold of someone initially to schedule a walkthru/service appointment, but after I got through, I had excellent communication and follow up. I had some tight timelines and Elden Foltz agreed to conduct an over-the-phone estimate so I could get all of my bids together. He as able to quote me a price that was spot on and very competitive with other handymen services (I collected at least 3 other bids). Once I told Elden I'd like to move forward, he sent out two guys to finish the work I believe either the same day or next day after. Very quick to get the guys there to complete the job. The guys on the job were very profesisonal, prompt and courteous. I'd certainly recommend super handyman service for the types of services described above.

Elden returned call immediately and came out within 24 hours to fix the furnace. Called back a week later (prior to sending the invoice!) to make sure that everything was still running well. Superior service by a trusted company. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use their services.

They were always there when they said they would be there and they were very professional. So happy with the work that I have hired them for an additional list of repairs.

Eldon and his receptionist were a "breath of fresh air" to work with. Though very busy and sometimes hectic, they were professional and friendly. The company gave very reasonable quotes (that had been outrageously quoted by other handyman services). Eldon was extremely busy; booked for weeks in advance. He made the time to come out and hang three ceiling light fixtures and hang blinds. He came back a few weeks later to replace the electrical outlet/wiring in my garage (fitting me in a cram-packed schedule and staying late until he finished a somewhat difficult job). He did all of this with such a fabulous attitude, and thanked me and my husband when he left. He was tidy and courteous? I was very lucky to have found this company for handyman services, and will not lose this number!

He did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up when the job was completed. He worked with my insurance company.

He did a great job! The price was reasonable.

I didn?t use their services, as their quote was higher than I thought. They said that it would be 60 $ an hour. I wanted 2 estimates. I wanted one estimate for rerouting the downspout gutter which is going near the foundation and I wanted it to be rerouted out to our driveway. The second estimate was for a patio that I have all around the house. They were going to remove some pavers around the foundation and replace it. They were very willing to do whatever I asked them to do. The man who came out was very personable and seemed to know the job very well. He was very knowledgeable and really impressed me. He even had a coupon and was very responsive. I really felt like helping the crew while they were working. I will definitely recommend them to others. I may use them in the future, as I have a lot of things to be done.

They were very friendly, easy to work with, and right on target. They worked within the time and money.

My heater was not working. I called Eldon Foltz of Super Handyman Services and he came out immediately. He advised me what the problem was and told me he could fix it the same day. My family only had to go with out heat for a few hours while he worked on my unit and now it works great. His quick response is greatly appreciated and I will call him again in the future.

After contacting the owner, Elden Foltz, by e-mail, he sent Jay out to review what I needed done and provide an estimate. I received the estimate by e-mail, and we arranged for dates for the work to be done. Jay completed all of the work and did a great job. The concrete and fence look wonderful, and the mini barn looks like new. I've already begun another list of projects for next time.

It went well. The company responded to my email almost right away, and they squeezed my project in, in between another large project they were doing. So the job was done quickly and the experience was very positive.

Carl Bowser was great. When I first called they said they were very busy to do the job until August. Carl called me back. He gave me a very good estimate. One of the lowest I recieved. He seemed to know more about what he was doing than other I talked to. He also looked at my driveway and asked if I needed it powerwashed. He did it and it looks like a new driveway now.

Last year I was told to look at the list because it was a pretty good referral of people out there, and after seeing all the plus remarks, I felt comfortable enough as his company to look at home I needed to have renovated, as I thought we had cosmetic work to do. The guys came out in their big black truck and tool shed behind them, and they looked at the job. they gave me a bid, and then I asked them to look at a small roof repair that I needed done ASAP.. they followed us over the the other place, and they told me it would be no problem... After evaluating their methods, I thought I would like to go with this company, so asked them to do the roof to survive the winter , as well as fix a leak at the house, and a week later I got a bill for $540.00 to replace to tiles and ER to fix a drip. I thought that was very high, but I did not want to overjudge. I then signed a contract for them to start on the repairs of the house (#1) and the recession went into fulll bloom that week. (October 2008) I gave these guys nearly $2500., and for that they laid now a wonder board partially in the kitchen and put up some dry wall on about 400 sq. ft. that part is ok....... the repairs on the other house were ok.. until my visit this past month. When I went to the house where I had needed the roof fixed, the roof had caved in and water is everywhere, not to mention that mold is starting to grow. It was not like that when I left! I then had inspectors come to look at the house and see what needed to be done to it, and I learned that the Handyman who had looked at the plumbing did not notice that it had to be all redone, and that some of the work was totally illegal. The electric was IFFY at best. I was old, and the work that had been done was going to have to be all ripped out and re done. Needless to say I am upset, and the bill I have gotten to remodel is more like where I thought it would be. I dont care if someone is 10-15 minutes late... we are all delayed, and that is really not a reason to downgrade a person, but to take money and not do the work correctly, I have a problem with that.. This is a guy who is making his living off Angie List Referrals, and talks about how important it is to do a good job, and now I am faced with all of this. How can you lay a floor over a bad floor that is not solid? SHH has called saying he does not see a hole in the roof. Its there! I am sure I will never get the money back.. Now I am out about $3000 from this guy, and he wants to pretend that he is so busy with Home Depot orders and others that he can not do the work he needs to not to mention he wants to start all over with a new contract when there is already one in full force and effect. There is NOTHING super about this guy! I am just furious!

Initial contact was with Eldon; bulk of work was done by Matt and Josh, with Matt as the supervisor. Both Matt and Josh were very professional and pleasant. Matt kept us updated on a daily basis on progress and how things were going and what the plans were for the next day. At the end both Eldon and Matt did a full walk through with checklist, and Matt took care of all last minute details to complete the job to our satisfaction.

They said they aren't doing anymore estimates until after the end of August.

Elden works fast and efficiently, and is very polite and pleasant. Wish I had discovered him a long time ago! He kindly squeezed me in after I called this morning, as he said he was on another job nearby. His secretary is a real plus too, very polite & understanding on the phone.

I can?t say enough about this company. I talked with Super Handyman Service on a Sunday to repair a water pipe leak in my craw space. Elden showed up 2 hours later and made the repair. He did outstanding work. I was so happy with the speed of the repair, the price and the professionalism that I waved the 10% off labor fee coupon.

It went great...Eldon was responsive and timely, and made several extra trips to continue to deal with little nuances from the repairs and the age of the tub. He has accomplished something (getting our tub up and running) that we've not been able to do for a long time. He offered good maintenance suggestions and even followed up with a phone call after the final caulking of the jet to make sure that the leak had stopped. We'd call him again for many home repairs.

One side of my fence had been blown over in a storm. The posts snapped off at ground level and the broken fence ended up in my neighbors yard. I called Eldon after the storm and he came the next day. He provided an estimate and returned in 2 days to clean up the damaged fence. All this prior to my having settled with the insurance company. During the settlement, Eldon discussed the case with my insurance agent. His knowledge and professionalism ensured a fair settlement. The old posts had to be dug up by hand and the new ones set. Eldon ensured that the new posts were set deeper in the ground than the old ones and used double the amount of cement. As the work was being done, his crew was to go around and check the rest of the fence for bad slats and weak posts. Unfortunately, some problems were found and Eldon provided me with a revised estimate, I wasn't a happy camper but knew the work had to be done and trusted th at Eldon was the guy who could do it. Eldon came out with his crew, and the began to work. The work was done by hand and exceeded my expectations.

I have to commend Super Handyman Services LLC for a job well done. Except for the fact that I forgot to turn the water on to the outside spigot, everything went according to schedule. The crew did a fantastic job and I am very pleased to have my privacy back. It took more man hours than planned to get the posts out of the ground due to the concrete posts being tangled in the roots of my neighbors tree. However, the job was still completed in the time frame they had given me. This is a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a job that is well done.

Called to schedule some minor home repairs. Left a message and Elden returned my call the next day. We scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday. Elden never showed up. Monday, Elden emailed me and apologized and asked that I call him. I replied with my phone number. My thought was if he wanted my business he can pick up the phone. He promptly called and left a message. It was a week before I was able to return his call(unexpected medical issue). His wife answered and we re-scheduled for the following Saturday. Again, never showed up. I have yet to hear from him.

It was great. I scheduled them for the day after I returned from our vacation. Elden and a co-worker arrived as scheduled and began working as a team. They were quick, efficient and knew what they were doing. The finished product looked great. I have caulked many things in the past and am very particular on how the finished product looks. I am very pleased with their work and hired them to do more work for me.

He is dependable, trustworthy, honest, hard working and sweet as can be. He is willing to do anything for his customer and he has a wonderful attitude. He is knowledgeable and does excellent work. He can do just about anything. He is able to take care of everything for me. He has all the equipment and does it all.

I was greatly disappointed. We chose this provider after reading the positive reports on Angie's List. For whatever reason we fell through the cracks. Elden reponded quickly to my email and said he'd call the next day. Several days went by without hearing from him. After sending a second email he called and apologized and set up a date and time to come by and give us the estimate. He never showed. Or called. He still has not called a week later. Anyone that has ever sat at home and waited on a repairman that never shows can completely understand my dissatisfaction with this provider.
