They did an excellent job. The quality of the work was very good.

He was great. He did everything that I asked him to do. He returned my phone calls, which none of the other handymen did. He was prompt and came out right back. I will use his services again in the future.

We were mostly satisfied with the things they did. There were a few things that weren't done quite right, we felt that overall it was pretty good. The owner of the company was really conscientious in trying to make sure things were done right. We would use them again for a major project and we would recommend them to others. Some of the employees weren't as professional as the owner. Working in the basement and attic they would naturally get dirty. When you're working in someone's house like this you have to be careful. You know your hands are dirty so becareful to not leave hand prints on the walls, wood work, etc. They also left a lot of trash around, they'd drink a soda then set the cup down and leave it. I didn't complain and tell the owner about that, I'm sure it would have made him very unhappy. I'm sure they would be working sometimes in the homes of people that are much more particular than we are and they would go out on the porch for their break and leave their sports drink bottles and smoke their cigarettes and then flip the cigarettes in the yard. They never smoked in the house and I didn't put trays out there for them. I thought that wasn't very professional, but they weren't white collar workers. I wasn't very happy about some of those things.

Two weeks ago I searched on Angie's List for someone who could remove our old shower doors and install new ones. I saw the listing for Super Handyman Service and sent an email describing the service required and requested a quote. Within 5 minutes I received a call and a quote. I agreed to the service and we scheduled a date for the doors to be installed. A few days before the appointment I received a followup call to confirm the service and let me know Jay would be doing the work. Jay called me the day of the appointment to let me know he had picked up the shower doors and was on his way. Jay was professional, pleasant and courteous but best of all he knew what he was doing. Jay cleaned up after he was done and all that was left behind was a beautiful job and a happy customer.

I emailed SuperHandyman. A friendly woman named Sarah called me back.. She asked me what type of work I needed and then we set an appointment. At the appointed day and time, Jay came to my house. He was very nice and professional. He went from task to task, worked quietly, and got the work done within 2 1/2 hours. I am very happy with the work that was done and with the professional way I was treated. Further, I was very happy that Jay showed up on time.

Cost of service given over phone. Three electrical firms that were called refused to give costs except that there was a $70.00 fee for an estimate. The fixture was replaced the next day at the quoted price by Super Handyman. Very pleased with work done.

Brad came out to do the estimate and the job, very nice guy and did an excellent job. Extremely professional. We will use them in the future!!

Alex was very professional in doing all the work and I would ask for him at any time in the future when I had work to be done! He did an excellent job.

We purchased three storm doors and locksets which we had in our garage. I contacted Super Handyman Services LLC via e-mail and a time was set for the estimate.Jay came by at the appointed time and gave us an estimate. He also told us about the energy tax credit we could claim on our tax return. On the day the job was actually done, Jay arrived as scheduled and proceeded to install a new storm door and lockset on our garage. He then removed our old front storm door and replaced it with a new storm door and lockset. He also checked the steel door to make sure it was closing properly. Then he removed the old storm door in our family room and replaced it with a new storm door and lockset. After cleaning up, he asked us to check each door to be sure we were satisfied. When he left, he took the old storm doors with him. He was an excellent craftsman with a very professional manner. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I called to get an estimate from them and they were in line with the others. The handyman who would be working on our house lives in our subdivision so we decided to use them. He came out to fix the siding and it looked great. Three days later we had another wind storm and the siding came loose in the exact same place. I called to let them know what happened and they said no problem that someone would be back to fix it. The next day I came home from work and the siding was fixed and we have not had any troubles since then.

Sent initial inquiry through Angie's List email on Oct 16 and received response on Oct 18. Appointment made for Oct 22 with Brad Martin. When he arrived, Brad immediately took off his shoes (respecting our bamboo floors). He was courteous and efficient as he measured for the work to be done. Quote received by Oct 28. Insurance information and references provided same day. Sarah and Elden Foltz were both very helpful in expediting our requests for information. Oct 28: new kitchen countertop installed (by another contractor) and appliances purchased. Originally the countertop installation was supposed to be mid-November. Therefore, the remainder of the work needed to be bumped up to an earlier date. We appreciated Brad's ability to accommodate this earlier schedule. Nov 4, 5, 8, 9: Brad carefully covered our floors and protected the new countertops before beginning the work. He did the cutting under our carport and kept the mess in the house down to a minimum, as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. Putting up the paneling involved piecing around a window, cabinets, and doorways with very little full wall space - alot of intricate measuring and fitting. We are very pleased with the work that Brad did in the kitchen and hallway.

Jay arrived and started the project right on time. Did a fantasic quality job that exceeded my expectations. I have already arranged for Super Handyman to do some additional work at my home.

Elden is punctual, professional, and courteous. He did the work in a timely fashion and with precision. I would trust Elden to do work in my home or on my rental property at any time.

Brad did excellent work. I think we may have paid a little more with this company, but Brad was efficient, worked hard and was completely competent to perform a variety of tasks from our never ending "to do" list. He even fixed a loose towel rack in our guest bathroom without us asking or knowing it. Nice touch!

Great experience from start to finish! Our messages were returned promptly, the estimate and work was scheduled, promises were kept and from the time the call was made until the job was done was only 5 days. It is refreshing to know that some companies still value small jobs! Now that they have proven trustworthy in small jobs, we will be calling them for larger projects.

The siding repair/replacement went very well. The siding on the house was discontinued. They located siding that was very close to the original, making the repair almost invisible. Excellent communication from all employees. Fiar pricing for the amount of work done. Highly recommend.

He is a very nice guy, and is very professional. He did an excellent job, in a very timely manner.

It went well. He came out this morning to give me an estimate. When he saw the job was so small, he said he could come back and do them after picking up the parts for the door. An hour and a half later, he came back and got the job done.

I needed to get a whole-house fan installed to cool the house, as well as get a large HD television mounted on the wall. They gave me an estimate to complete these jobs, took great care in doing them, and cleaned up after themselves. I really enjoyed the gentleman that came out. He was knowledgable but also just a really nice guy. They charged me exactly what they quoted and surpassed my expectations. I will definately use them in the future for more handwman work.

Excellent work! They are always on time and do great work. They always leave the are where the leave spotlessly clean.

Everything went quite smoothly and in a timely manner. He arrived on time, cleaned up when work was completed everyday, was very personable and trust worthy.

Jay came when he said he would, stuck with the job even though there was a mix up on the special order for a new crank and it took more time and trips than originally planned. He was most pleasant, professional and courteous to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Called Super Handyman to come out and do an estimate on several home improvement and repair projects. We were able to arrange a time to be home when they came out but they did not show for the appointment. I had taken work off early to be there and did not even receive a phone call. UPDATE - As a response to my response, I will say that both the owner and clerical manager did contact me to apologize. This came 5 days after the missed appointment. I did not choose to reschedule.
