 + -1 moreWE FOUND HIM AND HIS WORKERS TO BE MOST PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND SKILLED IN BUILDING THIS STRUCTURE. HE USED ONLY THE BEST MATERIALS, TAKING HIS TIME TO PERSONALLY SELECT THE WOOD, BEAD BOARD, MOLDING, ETC. TO MAKE SURE IT WAS TOP QUALITY. THE ADDITION NOW LOOKS AS IF IT WERE PART OF THE ORIGINAL HOUSE CONSTRUCTION, NOT LIKE SOMETHING STUCK ON LATER. WE WOULD HIRE AND HAVE HIRED HIM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS. OVERALL, THIS WAS A VERY POSITIVE AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WE LOVE OUR SCREENED-IN PORCH!
Description of Work: WE HAD SEAN CONSTRUCT A SCREENED PORCH ON OUR EXISTING 12 X 12 FOOT CONCRETE PATIO. HE ALSO INSTALLED TWO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, A CEILING FAN, AND TWO MOTION DETECTOR LIGHTS WHICH WE HAD PURCHASED FOR THIS PROJECT.

Description of Work: AFTER COMPLETING ANOTHER PROJECT (WINDOW REPAIR) CONTRACTOR DID SOME HIGH PAINTING THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO REACH. THIS INCLUDED CHECKING, CAULKING AND PAINTING PREFAB CHIMNEY SURROUND ON STEEPLY PITCHED ROOF.

Description of Work: I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT SHOW UP, AND CALLED TWO HOURS LATER TO SAY HED BEEN DETAINED AND RESCHEDULE. WE RESCHEDULED, BUT HE WAS ALSO LATE FOR THAT APPOINTMENT. HE THEN SPENT AN HOUR GIVING AN ESTIMATE FOR A SIMPLE CEILING PAINT JOB AND SAID HED HAVE THE QUOTE TO ME IN A WEEK. THE QUOTE WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED 12 DAYS LATER. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY POLITE, CLEAN-CUT, AND SEEMED SINCERE, AND HIS FINAL ESTIMATE WAS BY FAR THE LOWEST ID GOTTEN, BUT HIS INABILITY TO STICK TO A SCHEDULE COST HIM THE JOB.
