Sunblest Lawn Care

Sunblest is very good about special needs. I have 2 dogs and fenced in yard and they honor my request to call the day before so I can be sure to have the dogs in most of the day to avoid any escapes. I use Sunblest because I noticed my neighbor's yard looked great and found out the neighbor used Sunblest. They are great about providing references to other businesses for additional yard services they may not provide. Always friendly, professional and my yard looks better than I could ever get it looking!

Sunblest has provided our lawn fertilizer and pest control for many years now. They are always careful to mark the lawn when they have come by, and leave instructions on the front door (e.g. water within 24 hours). They provide a small discount with annual renewals that are prepaid, which we do. Their workers appear to be careful--I have never noticed too many granules or other spill-over onto the flower beds or the walks or the driveway. We're quite happy with their service and see no reason to change.

They come automatically 4 or 5 times per year. Our yard improved 100% once they took over. We had been trying to do it ourselves before then.

I prepay in January for 6 lawn treatments throughout the year and get a 7% discount. I also have them do 4 applications of foundation pest control at $45.95 per treatment. I find this extremely helpful in controlling all bugs from coming in. This is a local company and I can actually talk to the owner with any concerns. Their work and service is far superior to any other company that I have hired. I have been with them for 10 years and would highly recommend them.

They have done a good job. I have been using their services for five years. I have been impressed with their communication and they always leave their notes on the door when they leave.

He does excellent work. He takes the time to come over, talk to you about maintaining the lawn and personally checked for any diseases. He runs his business by caring more about providing people with quality and time rather than worrying about how much money he is making, which is rare to find.

The work has been satisfactory and I have been pleased. I do still have a problem in the back which I do not believe is their fault but will need re-seeding. Scheduling is automatic, they come when needed and leave a slip on the door with their notes. They have also done some aeration work for me in the past.

We have dogs who cannot be on the lawn while the treatment is put on or afterwards. They always call ahead to let us know, so we can bring the dogs in for the time needed. They come as scheduled and leave a note on the door indicating when they were here and what they did. They try to accommodate customer needs and are very responsive. They do a fine job and we have been with them for many years.

We really love working with them. We have been using their services for eight years. If they see any issues when working on the yard they make suggestions for what we can do. After each time they come they leave a note on the door for what was done or what needs to be done in the future. Their communication is fantastic and their prices are reasonable especially if you pay ahead.

It looked to pretty well. I was initially worried as the application was being administered via a mechanically driven device vs human powered. However my daughter slept right through it :)

Sunblest is an excellent service company. Sunblest has been treating our lawn for 2 years, 5 times a year. Their prices are as good as or lower than other companies. Sunblest has managed to eliminate our violets ans dandelions!!! No easy task. They are extremely responsive when I phone or email them. Very professional and detail oriented. Totally satisfied with yard results.
