Daniel gave an estimate for packing my belongings and the move, and explained the process. He arrived promptly with packers on the scheduled day and ensured that they understood what needed to be done. This was important as some of my landlord's belongings were in the house and shed. He returned at the end of the day and confirmed loading the next day. He and his crew were on time the next day and Daniel directed the loading of the truck. Daniel personally provided lunch from a nearby gourmet sandwich restaurant for his crew and for me! Totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is regarding one of the packers who rushed through rooms, packing items that had been set aside in designated "do not pack" areas. That packer also damaged several items by not supporting them adequately. Some items intended to be crated were not but luckily arrived undamaged. Daniel responded immediately re-damages and reimbursed me for the cost of repair to a stained glass lamp shade.

In a word, the move was perfect. Every item arrived and nothing was damaged. Darrell Frazier provided the estimate and completely explained the process and answered our questions as they arose. On moving day the team showed up on time and all were very polite, considerate, and efficient throughout the loading process. Most of the same people who loaded us traveled to Baltimore and unloaded the truck. They were very careful in moving large items through small places and were responsive to moving items a couple of times as we changed our minds about locations. They also moved some items that were already in the house for us.

Studley Moving and Storage were WONDERFUL! They worked w/ us on a 2 fam. move from IN to CA and were helpful from day 1. We had other estimates, but none as detailed as theirs. Darrell Frazier was extremely helpful, alleviating any concerns about moving our furniture. He was extremely patient with us as we worked through pricing, our time frame, sharing expertise on packing and purchases. They were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout each aspect of the move. They went above and beyond what was needed to make sure our move was successful. In one 53 truck, they loaded 2 homes and an office and EVERYTHING made it undamaged! They arrived on time and ready to work (despite 2 flat tires). Ray and Bob were there when the truck was loaded and unloaded. Darrell helped coordinate movers to help unload in CA, but it was a blessing having Ray and Bob there. These guys are wonderful! I can t say enough about them. We live in paradise now, but if we ever move again, we will definitely use this company!

The movers were thorough, helpful, hard-working and very careful with my furniture. The price was a minimum of three hours (for three workers) plus an hour's travel time, so the project was expensive, but the crew tried to give me my money's worth by doing anything they could to help with my move. I had only planned to have them bring in the books, but they rearranged my garage so they could empty the portable storage container and I wouldn't have to pay for an extra month. They offered to do even more, as they had accomplished everything I requested in just over an hour, but I didn't have anything more for them to do.

They were able to meet all my schedule needs for the drop off date. There are only a couple of smaller movers in Indianapolis that will do a cross-country move, and to pick them was a great experience!

They were wonderful. They made the move very easy for my senior citizen parents unlike the other company we contacted. Studley Moving insisted on making two visits beforehand to give a quote and to assess the job. Nothing was damaged. The movers were helpful, polite and professional. They moved everything in record time as well as moving furniture to another location on the way to the retirement home! I can highly recommend them. One of the co-owners of the company is always present during a move. Darryl and Dan, the co-owners, are delightful.

Considering the day we moved it was 103 degrees, they worked very hard. They never complained.

Courteous, very professional and hard working. Punctual. This applies to packing, the moving and unloading. One of the things we liked in particular was that there were personal who unloaded the truck in Kansas city were familiar with the loading of the truck in Indianapolis. We have not yet completed unpacking but there has been no damage thus far. They took very good care of our belongings(breakables and valuable sculptures).

THE CREW OF FOUR DID A TERRIFIC JOB UNDER SOME DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE STUDLEY AGAIN.

They were very efficient, friendly, and pleasant. They were just super top notch people! They were also very professional and accommodating. They informed me that if we wanted to re-arrange our house we could call them and they would come out and move the heavy furniture around for us. I thought this was a neat and unusual service, which was nice to know they had!

It went very well. Everything got to it's final destination in good shape, and there were no surprise changes in delivery date or price, two of our main concerns. Three guys did the entire job by themselves, and they were professional, hard-working and polite. Daniel Studley was the one that came to our house to give us the estimate. He had told us that he would be at our house the day of the move, and that he would bring 6 guys to load up quickly, then send only three of them with the truck for delivery and unloading. I was surprised on moving day when only three guys showed up. They told me that Dan was with the rest of the crew doing another move that day. While that change didn't affect our move too much, I would have appreciated a call from Daniel to tell us that ahead of time. Overall, they did a really good job. I would use them again without hesitating.

They arrived on time with four people. They loaded our furniture and belongings in approximately two hours. They drove to our new home (about 30 minutes away) and unloaded in about two hours with no damages. The people were protective with our belongings and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if we have another move.

This was the first time we hired movers, and we were really pleased. Daniel Studley did the estimate and helped load the truck himself. We were impressed with the packing crew; they worked quickly and carefully. We couldn't give an "A" for punctuality because they were four hours late the day of the move, but amazingly had our entire house packed and on the truck in 2 hours and 15 minutes! They were three days late to our new house, but that was because the truck broke down on a mountain pass in the Rockies. Two crew members unloaded the truck at our new house, and put down runners to protect our floors. Overall, we were very pleased because NOTHING was lost or damaged in the cross country move! Even the Jeep came off the truck without a scratch. We had a good experience with Studley Moving and Storage and would hire them again.

Studley arrived late, but that is the only negative I can say. They brought 7 guys and three large trucks and worked with just one 1-hour break for about 8 hours. Absolutely no damage to our furniture nor to either of the homes. Things that were not fitting so well around the tighter corners were actually disassembled to move them into the correct room. They arranged all of the furniture to our liking. All workers were very professional and very kind. Would highly recommend.

I thought they were very careful and conscientious and I was very happy with their services.

They were prompt and helpful. The work bench was very heavy and long so it was quite a job to move it.

Daniel and Darrell arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Two days later, we sold our house and needed to plan for an interim local move. I called Daniel, and I quickly received a revised estimate for the local and long distance moves, with storage in between. Both Daniel and Darrell were extremely attentive and responsive to my changing needs. They were concerned with educating me about the moving industry, and the information was very helpful. In the end, I decided to use a company with a less expensive estimate. However, I am confident that Studley Moving would have done an excellent job for me if I had used them for my moves.

Excellent. Daniel and his team were prompt, professional, hard working and enjoyable to work with. They arrived promptly on Thursday morning with all the supplies and started both packing and loading furniture simultaneously. Although they filled one truck in Thursday we decided to delay unloading until Friday. While we were unloading one truck at the new house another crew was finishing loading at the old house. The move was completed on Saturday with Daniel personally going back to the house in his car to get our daughter's fish tank which had been missed. Having Daniel personally on the job takes alot of the anxiety out of the move. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from his team how well they feel they are treated by Studley. Daniel has a great team working with him. We didn't have one problem with damaged items which speaks to the care they took in both packing boxes and loading the truck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Studley Moving.

The estimates ended up falling outside of my price range capability at the time, and I ended up going with another vendor, however, I was very impressed with Studley Moving. Darrell and Daniel were a trifecta of promptness, professionalism, and friendliness.

I simply don't know where to begin. I phoned Dan Studley and liked him from the minute I spoke with him. I met with he and Darrell Frazier to go over my job. My job even had to be rescheduled a couple of times, and both Dan and Darrell were incredibly gracious and understanding. Finally we began packing, moving. This move was by far the best move I have ever been through. Studley cared about the stress on "me" and they made my life so easy by this move (single mom with at least 100,000 lbs of stuff). The crew became like family, they packed everything so incredibly, as if it were their own. They moved over $300,000 in furnishings for me and did it flawlessly; not one scratch, not one ding, nothing. Took one 6000 sq. ft. home to another 6000 sq. ft. home just 5 minutes down the road, but I was packed so professionally that you'd have thought I was moving to Captiva, Florida (which will be the next move Studley and I do together!)

Overall the move went very well. They were prompt and very professional. I call them the week before they were able to commit to my date. Daniel the owner came to my home and walked through the home to provide an initial estimate. They dropped of wardrobe boxes several days prior to the move. On the day of the move the showed up on time and move the furniture and boxes quickly. There was no damage to my furniture nor either home. I was very pleased with the move.

I contacted Darrell at Studley moving before Christmas and asked for an estimate. He provided a couple reasonable estimates, to which I responded that I would be in touch. After Christmas I emailed him again to let him know that I wouldn't need them to move me across the country but I would like them to still load the moving truck (I had obtained estimates for both services). He was very nice and wished me a happy New Year and said he would like to come out and look at my place to give a more solid estimate. We agreed on a Saturday between 12 and 2. I emailed him the Friday before he was to come out because I hadn't heard from him on a solid time, to which he responded that their move with the Finish Line was going to take the day and he needed to reschedule. If I hadn't emailed him was he even going to call me? After a few more attempts at setting a time, to which he had to "reschedule" or waited too long to respond, I decided to book with another company.

I used this company because the owner came to give me an estimate and would be on-site the day of the move. They arrived on-time. They had estimated they would need two trucks, but only showed up with one. When I asked the owner about it, he responded by getting a few extra guys out at no-additional charge. All the workers did a great job. The day we moved was the coldest day in December (of course) and it snowed the morning of the move. I was concerned about the carpet in my new house which I had just spent $600 to clean. Daniel did a great job positioning a few men inside with their shoes off to protect the carpet. It took a little longer than it should have, but I didn't hear one person complain. A few small issues required follow-up which they performed as promised. I was very pleased and satisfied.
