Daniel emailed me back promptly letting me know that he could help me. He included his rates that included a minimum hour requirement. When I told him that I didn't think my move would require the minimum hours needed, he sent me an email asking me to call him because he could possibly refer me to someone else who could help. I called him and he gave me the contact information for another company that would help me. Daniel took the initiative to call the other company and let them know of my situation. I really appreciate his efforts to help me out.

It was excellent. They completed the interstate move for us and they were very prompt, cautious, and professional in the estimate and actual moving time. Their bid was very competitive. Their packing crew was excellent. The actually employees made the trip and did the delivery in Tennessee. There were a very couple of minor issue with damage, but they promptly took care of them. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely consider them for our next move.

These are outstanding movers and outstanding people. Their care with our goods and the extreme methods of packing they performed assured us that everything would arrive in good shape. They worked all night to get us out of our previous home on time, and they worked all day Sunday to get us into our new home before they were obligated to leave town for another client appointment. After hauling our belongings 300 miles and storing them for 10 months NOT ONE ITEM WAS DAMAGED. Nothing was broken. Nothing was scratched or marred. Nothing was dented. Hundred-year-old antiques were delivered just as they were picked up. I have never seen a move this flawless. I recommend this company without reservation.

I have used Studley several times and have referred him to friends, family and clients. This move I had him do a pre pack before I listed the house. All of those items went into his climate controlled facility to be stored. Upon selling the house they moved the rest the shipment. They were very patient and tolerant the day they moved everything to the new residence. I had them try several different pieces of furniture in various rooms (and on various levels) of the house. They never appeared to be irritated at my indecisiveness. :) They worked very diligently to complete the move and make sure that I was happy. Daniel, the Owner, and Darrell, the GM, were very efficient, very knowledgeable and very professional. Studley Moving and Storage does it right! You should not use any other company to perform your move. I see they won the Super Service Award again last year. Studley provided moving estimate, storage estimate, description of services and advice on packing. Both Darrell and Dan were GREAT communicators and emailed and returned calls very quickly. We had planned on using them to complete our move but the company paying for the move had an account elsewhere. Would definitely use them for future moves and feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Very well. The move went exactly as Dan had said it would. His larger truck worked better than a smaller one proposed by another mover. He also recommended using a 4 man crew versus a 3 man crew for efficiency and to keep on schedule. The higher hourly cost was likely more than made up in taking less overall time for the overall move. Dan made this activity very straightforward and painless. The moving industry does not have a good reputation. Dan is surely not part of that bad image. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone moving in the area.

Everything went pretty smoothly. They were on time and communicated very well.

They were very clean and they did not cause any damage to the building or the furniture. They were prompt and they had a pretty good price for the work. They were able to do some other side work for me as well. I thought that they overcharged me for the extra work, however the original estimate was good.

Dan Studley contacted me the day I phoned him. He was able to pick up my furniture the same day he phoned me and deliver it to my house. The pieces were mirrored glass and one of them had to be taken apart. It was a time consuming job for them to put it back together inside my home. In addition, some of the pieces were very heavy. They were very careful with everything.

Our experience was wonderful - if we were to ever move again, we would contact Studley Moving to do the job. Dan, Mike and Mike's son packed up our Indianapolis possessions and then Dan and Mike drove the truck to NC. Once at our new home, they followed our directions on furniture placement and were good sports about moving furniture as we tried to determine the right spots!! Very professional and extremely accommodating as our schedule kept changing. We received 2 other quotes from major moving companies and Dan was able to beat both. We appreciated Dan's personal touch and his sincere interest in our satisfaction.

On a scale from 1 to 10, these guys are 100! This is the first time I have ever been moved that something did not go wrong. They are A1.

They were a little late due to inclement weather. They were good people, and did everything quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated their service - they did a great job.

They worked with me on the price and closely matched a low price. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. They only charged me $100 to go out of their way and drop those things off. I was very pleased. I would hire them again. I'm getting ready to move my mother and will probably use them.

They are by far the best in the industry. I would use no one other than Studley Moving and Storage. I am a repeat customer. They have moved my household, my office, my mother and several friends/clients. They are all clean cut which is rare in the moving industry. They work hard until the job is complete. We did the leg work for our son. They moved our son's belongings as well as some our things. They had to change the date four times and they were very accommodating. This move happened during the winter and they handled our requests with no problems. They put down padding as to not scratch the flooring. They had a crew that stayed in the home and a crew that moved from the door to the truck. They made a two additional stops during the move, once at an office and then to a condo (Villa), and finally to the final destination. They put everything in place. They stayed within the quoted price. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them. I would use them again. This company will actually move from state to state. Dan Studley drove the truck for the move and helped unload the truck. They offer very personalized service.

After coming out to our house, Darrell followed up with three written estimates, one for Basic Pack, another for Fragile Pack, and the third for Full Pack. We decided to do most of the packing ourselves. Darrell offered to come out to our house with all the supplies we would need and teach us the correct way of packing. He spent about two hours showing us how to properly and safely pack our things, even fragile dishes and crystal stemware. He did not charge for his time. I am happy to report that everything we packed and items that the Studley movers packed, such as oil paintings and lamps, arrived in perfect condition. Since we sold our home quickly, we had to put our furniture and other possessions in storage because our new home was not ready for our move in. Studley Moving and Storage were able to take care of our request for storage in their facility. The move out and move in went extremely well. The moving crew were polite, patient, efficient, and hard working. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They wrapped all the furniture and were extremely careful with each piece of furniture and/or boxes they moved in or out of our old and new home. We did have an issue with a charge error on our credit card and one misplaced box. Both issues were resolved cheerfully to our satisfaction. Studley Movers proved to us that they take care of customers before, during, and after THE MOVE. That is an example of an excellent company. If you move with Studely Movers, you will know you are getting the best. I would use them again and have recommended these movers to several friends.

They cost were double than the estimate. They also lost important things. I had a miserable experience with them. My estimate went from $8000 to $15000. They did once nice thing, they cut and welded a bed fame to make it movable.

We had a very positive experience with Studley Moving. We had to close on both homes and move on the same day, so we needed to find a moving company that was reliable and fast. Darrell from Studley Moving initially came out a few weeks before the move and reviewed the amount of material we had to move and promptly gave us an estimate. He also included estimates for packing material needed. I appreciated his quick response and professionalism. When I ordered packing supplies Darrell quickly delivered them in person and talked through the do's and dont's of packing with me. On the day of the move, Dan Studley was there to supervise the crew of 3 men. The group did a phenomenal job - took care to protect the interior of both houses during the move, asked questions when they were unsure of something and made recommendations to ensure our belongings were not damaged. They were very business-like, did not goof off or take unneeded breaks, and were all around a pleasure to be around. It was a hot, humid day with rain, and the crew still kept a positive attitude and made us feel very comfortable. Although the move took longer than expected and we ended up paying a bit more than the estimate, the crew was efficient, and we were VERY happy that we decided to use Studley Moving for our move.

Packed furniture and drove to 1.5 hours to unload. Moved a few items at new home as well. Movers were 1.5 hours late due to a morning move (mine was in the afternoon) but they did call to warn me. They packed items very well and were very careful. They also fit me in within 3 days- a miracle! I would use again.

It was perfect. They loaded all my belongings into their truck. They were very professional and nothing was broken. They actually got here earlier than expected.

Great service. We wanted this company from past experience rather then hiring a Phoenix based company. Got attention from the owner and Darrell Fraizer, and all employees are great Things go great with this company. They take a lot of the hassle out of moving.

I contacted them (from Angie's list) after trying for 3 years to figure out other ways to move two pieces from my mother's storage unit to Indianapolis by myself. Dan worked with me over 3 or 4 months to coordinate dates. In March a crew which had delivered a move in Baltimore picked the pieces up and brought them back. They dealt graciously with my 85-year-old mother and coped with our concerns about the safety of the pieces.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, HOWEVER THE COST WERE HIGHER THAN WHAT I EXCEPTED. IF YOU USE THEM TO PACK YOUR BELONGINGS WATCH THE COST WITH MATERIALS THEY USE! EVERYTHING IS GREAT!

We did not choose this company, but all three Angie's List companies that we got estimates from were great. Timely, estimates were very close. I had a hard time choosing which company to go with. Will have to rate the one we did choose after the move.
