Great service, timely instillation. Best Granite seems I have ever seen! Set up electrician and plumber and both were timely and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I went to the Stone Center to pick out a large quantity (weight) of border stones. They were great to work with. I have the approximate distance I wanted to cover, they calculated out the tonnage needed and gave the various options. They delivered right on time as promised. No complaints.

They referred our information to three companies that they use and 2 out of the 3 contacted us and scheduled time to assess the job and gave us estimates.

Went to pick out stone that matched what we had used several years ago. They did not have the exact stone, but showed us a stone that was very close. Ordered the suggested amount for the project on a Friday, and it was delivered on the next Tuesday. The stone matched what we had in the yard beautifully. We did have about half the stone left over, and I called to schedule a pickup. The remaining stone was picked up within the week, and we were credited for the amount we did not use. As always, our experience with the Stone Center was excellent. We will definitely use them again -- great job!

Great customer service. The crew helped me pick out and load stones that were appropriate for my project. Since I don't have a truck, I opted for the dump truck delivery service. Since I had such a small order, they even agreed to unload the stone by hand at my home, to prevent breakage - which was very much appreciated. Above and beyond!

Salesperson Britanny was knowledgeable about which gravels are appropriate for driveways (very few are) and was willing to research the source of the stone (I wanted to be local, if possible). Delivery person (Howard?) was punctual and EXTRAORDINARILY careful and skilled at backing up the huge dumptruck. I have a narrow driveway with my neighbor's chimney on one side and a brick walk and window well on the other; the driver placed his tires just inches from both and twisted his way 'round the obstructions.

The purchase process was very straightforward, the staff is excellent and we enjoyed going through the selections at our own pace. Returns (excess product) were handled in a professional manner. As long as the product is competitively priced, we'll continue shopping at the Stone Center for our landscaping needs. It was a good experience. My only "negative" comment was the hours... It'd be nice if they were open past noon on Saturday but I'm not complaining.

They delivered the stone to our home, they were very professional to work with, I would recommend them to others and I would use them again. They were on time and prompt. They have an excellent selection of materials.

They gave me good advice on what stone to purchased because I was installing a retention wall. They also support WFYI.

The sales people at their office are very courteous and informative. They are able to help with the quantity needed and the styles of product available. They also recommended cost saving ideas like renting a truck from Lowe's and hauling some of the stone and sand ourselves. We have used them in the past and always been very pleased.

I selected the stone. The employee carried it inside for me. I spoke with Kelly (SP?) about the project. They said they would sandblast the plaque onto the stone for me. They also donated the cost of the stone. I only paid for the sandblasting labor work. The entire process took one week. They were wonderful to work with!!!

I have been there several times over the last few years. They have always been helpful. They come to assist me when I pick the supplies up, when I am putting them in my car. They have been real friendly and helpful which makes it fun.

The guy that helped was very knowledgeable of what type of rock we should use and how to get it home.

SELECTION IS GREAT - BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT. PRICES ARE FAIR. STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH MATERIAL WOULD BE BEST FOR OUR PROJECT. THE DELIVERY MAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. WE HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THE COLOR AND QUALITY OF THE STONE SINCE OUR INSTALLATION. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

I BOUGHT 6 TONS OF STONE AND THEY DELIVERED IT. THE TRUCK WAS LEAKING OIL AND I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP. THEY CHARGED ME $40+ DELIVERY/TON AND THEIR COMPETITOR WAS $9.20+ DELIVERY/TON.

THE GENTLEMAN AT STONE CENTER WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT HELPING ME DETERMINE WHAT I NEEDED AND HOW MUCH. WHEN HE REALIZED THE QUANTITY I NEEDED, HE SENT ME TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT COULD PROVIDE IT MORE CHEAPLY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. HE DID NOT NEED TO DO THAT. I WILL DEFINITELY FIND A WAY TO BUY STONE FROM STONE CENTER IN THE FUTURE.

ALTHOUGH THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS ON TIME AND POLITE, THE PERSON I DEALT WITH ON THE PHONE RECOMMENDED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHEN I ASKED WHAT COULD BE DONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, I WAS TOLD I JUST NEEDED TO BE STRONGER AND THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.

ALL OF THE MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED AND WERE ON TIME AND DID NOT TEAR UP MY YARD BY DRIVING THROUGH IT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND ALSO THE ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS THEY GAVE WAS PERFECT, I WAS ONLY A FEW STONES SHORT AND HAD PLENTY OF DIRT.

I CALLED BACK TO INCREASE THE ORDER. VICKI TOOK THE ORIGINAL ORDER. THEY CALLED IN ADVANCE TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THEY DID MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE DELIVERY; THEY DID NOT BRING THE AMOUNT WE HAD ASKED FOR ON THE REORDER. HOWEVER, THEY DID BRING THE REMAINING AMOUNT AT NO CHARGE!

I WENT INTO THE STONE CENTER NOT HAVING A CLUE ABOUT WHAT KIND OF STONE WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR A LARGE LANDSCAPING JOB THAT I WAS DOING AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT IN DELIVERING THE STONE ( I WANTED IT FRIDAY MORNING AT ABOUT 9:30 AND I GOT IT FRIDAY MORNING AT 9:30). THEIR DELIVERY MAN DID A GREAT JOB OF DUMPING THE STONE SO THAT IT DID NOT GO ALL OVER THE YARD AND DRIVEWAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE WERE IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY. THEY LOADED US UP AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY.

I WAS ALLOWED TO ''EXCHANGE'' WRONG SIZE ROCK FOR BETTER FIT -- DRIVERS WERE AWESOME! SKILLED, PUNCTUAL and FRIENDLY. SALESPERSON, VICKY, WAS ACCOMMODATING, PATIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I THINK THEY DELIVERED A LITTLE MORE THAN I CONTRACTED FOR. THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. I SCHEDULED A 2PM APPOINTMENT AND THE DELIVERY PERSON PARKED AND WAITED UNTIL 2PM TO RING THE BELL. I HAD ASKED THAT THE STONE BE DELIVERED ON PALLETS AND IT WAS. IT WAS ALSO SHRINK WRAPPED. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE.

WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY SQUEEZED ME IN BECAUSE I WAS SO CLOSE. THEY GAVE ME FREE DELIVERY BECAUSE I WAS AROUND THE CORNER. THE QUALITY OF THEIR MULCH WAS FANTASTIC.
