This company did a great job with the work and were much easier to schedule than another company. The men sent out even made it so we no longer broke in the direction of our windows. They cleaned up the staples with a magnet but also let me know to vacuum before letting our pets down. Thoughtful, nice guys who like billiards.

They did an excellent job. They were very careful. They didn't break anything. They planned the whole thing out very well.

They know exactly what they're doing and they do a very good job. I had $60 worth of service done of professional tapering, new tip and some other pool cue clean up stuff. They do ongoing work on some of my billiard things.

I had found a great deal on a used Pool Table on Craigslist but needed to have it moved only on a weekend. I had been working with another local establishment, but due to the extremely short notice and extremely bad weather, they were unable to meet my needs. I called Steepletons and spoke with Tom and informed him of my needs. He figured out a way to meet my needs, committed to our negotiated agreement, and met me early in the morning (after we got about 5 inches of snow!) the following day to move the table. He and Eugene were on-time and very professional. Within a minute or so of arrival, Tom noted that the table had not been installed correctly as he could feel the seams where the pieces of slate met. Upon full tear-down, we saw that business cards had been used to level the table (this is just plain dumb as the card will settle over time). The business cards were from a local major box store that sells pool tables, furniture, hot tubs, etc. (so if you shop there, be sure to monitor the install and make sure the installers use oak shims or something similar). The install at my house went very well too (no dings in my walls and it was a tight fit going through and L shape in the steps down to my basement). They re-felted it as well and it looks and plays fantastic. I'm very pleased with Tom and Eugene's work and would highly recommend Steepleton's if you need a table moved or re-felted. These two guys truly love playing pool and understand what it takes to have a great table set up in your home (they insured alignment with my lights, parallel to my walls, etc.) If you are in the market for a new table too, their store on Keystone has a dozen or so makes and models with many different felt colors to view. Tom was very patient with my family as we took a long time picking out our felt and changing our minds for about an hour (crazy!).

The provider responded very quickly to the need to remove the billiards table before carpet installation. The two gentlemen who conducted the work were very professional and friendly. We didn't want to keep the table and the agreed to take the table away to repair and resell.

Tom & Eugene showed up at the scheduled time and started to work. It amazed us to see them working their magic. They took apart every nailhead and detail of our pool table. The guys moved it to the only part of the basement that was spared in the flood. After the damage was restored, they returned, reassembled and levelled the table. It looks like it never moved from it's spot. Tom & Eugene were very professional and although I would not want to see them under the same unfortunate circumstances, they made a bad situation much better. We would definitely recommend them. Previous company had moved this table and cracked the slate. Steepleton clearly knew what they were doing in moving it back. Table is one-piece slate. Steepleton moved the table, repaired the crack and resurfaced to make it look new.

I was extremely happy with Steepleton. They arrived on time at the sellers house (which was right down the block from me). They were very efficient. There was a problem with a bolt on one of the legs due to it being tightened too tight. They did their best to remove it, but ended up having to break a small piece of the leg which is hidden from view. They moved the table to my house but couldn't set it up because of the broken piece. They took the piece and said they thought they could fabricate a new piece. They called me back the next day and said they would be able to make the repair and scheduled to come set up the table. They arrived on time to set up the table and did a very nice job. I was fully expecting to pay for the repair or for the additional trip to my house, but they did not charge me. That's great customer service!
