Great, they fixed my roof.

All very professional and responsive until a problem arose. During the installation they destroyed our backyard garden and the protective tarps killed the evergreens in our front planters and suffocated the bushes in our front yard. I simply asked for a resolution and they failed to rectify. Calls and emails did not receive a reply.

The entire experience was amazing. The team did a high quality job and the whole company was so responsive and made it so easy for me. When I needed to sign the contract, they offered to come to my office so it would be easier. When I had an incredibly minor issue on my main house, they team fixed that also on the same trip. Every question I had was promptly answered and we even had an inspection the same day the work was performed. I couldn't be a happier customer.

Stay Dry Roofing (specifically Mike Miller and Matt Petsche) did a great job. We had several items that needed to be repaired: two roof leaks and several places where birds were entering our attic. They took care of the miscellaneous roof repairs and closing the holes on three different visits which was fine because of the nature of the work. Everything was done when they said they would do it and for the price that they estimated. Their communication was excellent.

Both Dustin and Brian were extremely helpful and explained the entire process from the initial inspection to the insurance paperwork, funding, work and crew expectations, and final inspection. We truly appreciated this attention to detail and support during our roof replacement, which we had not experienced previously. We have a very large home, with a very steep and complex roof. Their customer service and knowledge made this daunting task much easier than what we expected! True professionals that honestly care about their work and their customers!!

Stay Dry Roofing was able to come out and quote the job shortly after I called them following the storm damage. They were then able to match my new roof color with that of my old roof. The job was complete in less than 48 hours, and they made sure to clean up the job site thoroughly before they left. They catered to my needs and schedule when working with me, and should I know someone that needs their roof replaced I will recommend Stay Dry Roofing!

I was a little skeptical when Brett knocked on my door and promised a new roof, but after talking with the him and my insurance agent, I realized he was telling the truth. Brett took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. From that first inspection of my roof to when the new roof was installed, the process was entirely stress-free. There was a slight delay with the construction team getting the work done due to bad weather, but that was out of their control. Do: make sure you understand the process, ask plenty of questions and talk with your insurance agent. Don't: If the roof is covered by your insurance policy, don't pay more than your deductible.
