Steve was very prompt in responding to our request for an estimate and was very informative during the estimate process as well as the landscape process. He always responded promptly to any of our calls as well. He seemed to genuinely enjoy what he does and was very helpful in coming up with ideas for our project. Additionally, he worked to incorporate plants, etc. The work was done quickly and professionally. Problems were addressed quickly and the overall project looks terrific. We were very pleased.

I was very happy with my experience. Steve came out right away when I called for an estimate and met with me in person to go over what I was looking for. The written, detailed estimate was sent very quickly thereafter. I had no issues getting the work scheduled; there was a small delay in starting due to rain, but the crew came out and finished the job in one day. They did a good job and cleaned up very well, even cleaned off my driveway and sidewalk as an extra bonus. I needed one minor change to the wall and was able to have Steve come out right away and check out the issue and resolve it on the same day.

For 1 & 1/3 acre lawn, $43 is unbeatable. They always show up on time & get the job done quickly thanks to their big machines. I'll continue using them & would recommend them to anyone!

They are exceptional. We have been very blessed to get people that really know what they are doing & do it well. The price is weekly for the mowing.

Total lack of communication in this company. We hired them 6 weeks ago, and they never came out to do edging etc, and they don't return our phone calls. We asked them not to go over there and cut the grass, they did and rutted the yard. I called them and told them not to mow it again until it dries, and they went over and cut the grass and rutted it again.

The estimate was for various landscape and yard work.

We liked this company very much; their bid was about the same as that from the company we chose ($200 higher on the patio; $100 less on the gardens). Ultimately we went with another company primarily because it provided clearer, more detailed information on the work they proposed to do on the gardens. However, we think this company would be an excellent choice for many lawn and yardwork tasks. We plan to keep their name on file for future reference; we also passed their name on to our daughter and son-in-law who need yard and garden clean-up in preparation for selling their house. ($5700)

I thought they were very good at landscape design. Everything was left neat and they are very good at getting the job done. They worked all day without many breaks.

We have been extremely happy with Stavros Landscape and Lawn Service. They are prompt, timely, and their work is professionally completed. Last fall while we were at work they removed our leaves and when we got home there were NO leaves in the yard. It was amazing! This spring they have already mulched and cleaned the beds. We have had several neighbors compliment us on the yard's appearance. We highly recommend their service!

They always do a good job. They have been here before. They are very prompt and professional. They are courteous. Their price is reasonable.

The company was good. They came right away with an estimate, and showed up when promised to do the work. They did a great job. I only wish they hadn't blown the leaves up into the gutters above the garage--which we noticed after they left and had to remove ourselves.

I had a problem with their service, so they refunded some of my money and did immediate follow up. There were no excuses made and they apologized. There was no discussion that it was my fault. There was no discussion that it would be any problem with the refund. I felt handled very professionally. I would recommend them. I am being refunded $500 for the labor. The dirt that I paid for is not being refunded. So I was being refunded for the higher amount.

We have been using Stavros for a couple of years and continue to enjoy their service. They are very meticulous. They were down in our gully cleaning the dirt and leaves off of our stones. Before laying the mulch down they went around our entire yard picking up little twigs. They cleaned our street when they were done. We highly recommend this company.

Work done was shoddily, not to code or standard practice and lasted about six months before falling apart, causing flooding because of poor design. Refused to fix problems. Owner's comment: ''Sue me. That's what I have insurance for.'' We sued and got back almost every penny. Stavros' insurance kicked in $7000 of total without a whimper. Avoid this company and owner, Steve, at all costs.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NEEDED HELP. I HAVE A VERY BUSY WORK SCHEDULE AND LAWN CARE HAS JUST NOT BEEN EASY TO DO. IT HAS BEEN A RELIEF TO HAVE A DEPENDABLE COMPANY DO THEIR JOB. VERY EASY TO TALK TO.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE SIZE BUSHES I WANTED, WHILE SOME OTHERS I HAD CONTACTED TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING. KARLY WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, AND EXCEPT FOR ONE LITTLE COMMUNICATION SNAFFU, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND GOT THE WORK DONE VERY QUICKLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I HAD AN APPOINTED DATE SCHEDULED WITH STAVROS TO COME CUT MY GRASS, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED, AND DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

STEVE CAME OUT AS THE ESTIMATOR. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SUBJECT AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED DONE. HE EVEN MADE A FOLLOW UP CALL TO DISCUSS THE COLOR OF BRICK WITH ME. STEVE WAS FANTASTIC. PRICE WAS TOO HIGH AND THEREFORE MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED WE WOULD PERFORM THE WORK OURSELVES. ESTIMATED COST WAS $2,970.

THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND GAVE A FULL ESTIMATE WITH PRICES AND DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THEY LEFT THE ESTIMATE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL. THEY MOWED THE LAWN FOR THE FIRST TIME AND DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

WE RECENTLY BEGAN USING STAVROS LAWN SERVICE. THEY CUT FOR SEVERAL OF OUR NEIGHBORS, AND PROVIDED US AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. THEY HAVE BEEN QUICK TO RETURN OUR CALLS, AND SENT A CREW BACK TO TRIM AGAIN WHEN WE CALLED WITH A COMPLAINT. THEIR WORKERS ARE POLITE AND QUICK, AND HAVE EVEN WORKED AROUND OUR DOGS WHEN LEFT IN THE BACK YARD BY MISTAKE.
