So far, so good. My lawn replacement isn't happening until the Fall, but Steve was very prompt and described my options very clearly. I was able to decide which of the services I wanted.

We are pleased with the work that they did.

They are excellent. They come out on a regular basis. They do a good job cutting the grass and they trim around all of the edges. We are pretty happy with them.

We have a lot of landscaping we don't like the bark spilling over to and they are very exact. They always call ahead to make sure it's a good time and they clean up after themselves. They also do our gutters and clean our skylights!

They did good work. Very good first impression.

They charge per visit. If they don't need to come out, they don't. They've always been punctual and helpful.

They worked here for about 8 hours, they did a fabulous job. They reseeded, repaired the trench, and brought my front yard back to life. I would highly recommend them. I look forward to using him again in the future- very pleasant experience!

Stavros Lawn Service did an outstanding job on everything they did on my property..

It did not go well. Mr.. Stravos did not complete the part of the job as requested. When I asked him to correct it, he sent me an estimate for $750.00. He did not stand behind his work. He was also rude and condescending. Also, some trash was left. I will not use him again.

Very disappointed with the work. On the first day, several of my irrigation heads were broken or buried, and the underground irrigation lines were broken in a few places. The workers just covered up the broken lines and never bothered to tell me. The workers also regraded soil/stones away from my house, and then when putting the soil/stones back, it was placed right against my cedar exterior siding - a great way to get thousands of dollars of damage in rotted wood, and basically nullifying the whole point of the work. All this was fixed the following day, but never should have happened in the first place. On the third day of work, I noticed that some of the grading was not done properly and more soil needed to be added. The plants in this area had already been planted. New soil was added for proper drainage, but they did not bother to replant the plants, meaning they buried the plants in 4 to 5" of soil. I had to dig up all the plants and get them to the proper height. Stavros has done good work for me in the past, but this time was incredibly disappointing. I would only use them for mulch and lawn seeding, and not for anything more difficult than that.

They took all the information over the phone and then never called back.

From start to finish, it was great. Mr. Stavros and crew did a good job communicating their plan and work. The work was done efficiently, and was very thorough. They removed three bushes and cleaned every bed in the yard, trimmed all remaining bushes, and weeded (so I don't have to catch poison ivy this year!)

Needed fresh mulch installed and an area of my lawn/landscaping repaired after a sewer line replacement. They did top notch work and were very quick! Very satisfied!

It was excellent service. They were easy to work with and did a great job on the landscaping.

Steve was very flexible on scheduling initial consultation. So was Kathy with scheduling Steve was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had suggestions and willing to change choices based on our budget. We are selling our house and, again, was very flexible with when needed landscaping finished. Wanted to look fresh and appealing. The workers who did the installing were very organized, efficient, quick and friendly. The entire yard looks wonderful! Thanks to everyone!

Treatment occurred last fall (2015), but had to wait until this spring (2016) to see results. My front and back yards were looking ratty, including bare spots, due mostly to trees/shade and Creeping Charlie infestation. Stavros lawn service came out and reviewed the situation. I thought I would need a new lawn, but they said it wasn't necessary. Stravros came up with a multi-step program of aeration, seeding, fertilizer and weed control. IT WORKED. The lawn looks like new. Very green. This was a great investment.

I think that they're about average. They would have laid down more mulch. They're fast. They get your yard done really quickly. If you're having a garden party with people coming over and if something happened and you need to get hem over there, they will try to work you in in a pinch.

It was good. I used them back in July. We spent about fourteen hundred dollars which was higher than expected. They could have clarity on charges in the future to make me give them a better grade next time, otherwise they did a good job.

Everything went very well and I am very happy with the work. I have used them before and was not disappointed this time. Steve is great to work with.

Did seeding in yard. came out and decided some things that needed done. they were very thorough about aerating the yard. they put 10 cubic yards of top soil and aerated and some hay. they were very thorough.they blew out the leaves before they did the seeding. they had an army of guys blowing out the leaves and scooped them up. We decided to use them for our final leaf removal since they did such a good job. They did the roof and gutter clean out first. they cleaned the whole lot and it looked really nice. They cut the grass one last time. The owner came out initially. They gave outstanding service! A's on all!

It went wonderful. They were very efficient and nice. They did a great job. They also hauled away everything and cleaned the mess afterwards.

Steve Stavros arrived on time to give me an estimate. I had to wait for about 6 weeks to get the work done since it was May when I got the estimate. The crew arrived promptly and performed the work efficiently, cleaning up afterwards. When I called a day or two later regarding some untrimmed bushes, Steve came out promptly to do it. While he was there, he gave me instructions on watering and caring for the plants installed.

Working with this company was a great experience. They were very professional and friendly. Their price was very reasonable compared to some other companies. They had a large crew that came in and worked very quickly and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

To say Stavros exceeded my expectations is an understatement. First of all I called 4 different companies on Angies list and they were only 1 of 2 that actually called me back. And I after I met with both companies and received quotes from the other company, Stavros was almost $1000 more expensive but I felt that their plan was more comprehensive and they understood our needs better than the other company. When they arrived the day of the project it looked like they brought an army with them. They had lots of trucks, back hoe, other equipment, and a crew of 8 people. At the end of the day they removed over 18 tons of overgrowth and I couldn't believe I had the same property! I could also see the river too which I couldn't see before. I highly recommend Stavros for any job you need done. They are thourough and their attention to detail is astounding. They did a fantastic job and we be calling them again for future projects and maintenance of our property.
