Description of Work: My tennant called to say his toilet was starting to leak in into the basement. I was too busy to repair it myself, so I called Bob Starks to see when he could get there. He was able to fit it in between jobs and was there and finished within 3 hours! He alos repaied the shower diverter that the tennant said he was having trouble with. Both the tennant and I were very pleased with the work and punctuality.
