I had a spigot that has busted. Every time the spigot was turned on water would leak in my bathroom. I called Stark's Plumbing. I spoke to Steve Stark. He setup an appointment to look at the spigot. He explained the approximate cost. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time. He was very professional and respectful of my house. He was very thorough in his evaluation and explained what he was going to do. He explained why this happened and how it coudl be prevented int he future. My builder had placed the spigot on a cold wall in our house which was not recommended by Steve. He was able to install a new spigot in an hour. He had to cut a hole in my bathroom wall, but he did a great job. It was nice and neat ready for a fake cover. He even took the time to give me preventative tips so this did not happen again. While he was at my house, I asked him how much he would charge to replace the drain in my tub. I had the part. He said, $45 to $50. He got it installed in about 15 minutes and only charged me $20. Also, he looked at my water shutoff valves and recommended I have them replaced because my main will not shutoff in the house. He showed me a couple of different ways to shut the water off if needed. While he was in my garage, he notice one of the shutoff valves on my water heater had a drip. He just tightened it up! He did give me the Angie's list discount! I had totally forgotten about this. Bottomline, I would highly recommend Stark's Plumbing Services!! All I have to say is Steve Starks is awesome!

Though he was a bit late for the appointment,(unavoidable), he made up for it by giving me the service call for free. The job probably took longer than he expected, but I couldn't have asked for a better service provider. He's coming back again for two other projects. Thanks again Bob Starks.

Not only did he solve all my problems, but he also put in a diverter in my bathtub. I wanted to pay him extra, but he didn’t charge me at all. He was clean, courteous, efficient, and very fair in his prices. He’s done work for some friends and my mother, and we all like him

Bob stark has performed work for me in the past and I am always pleased with the complete process. This time the work was more convenience than necessity, but Bob was prompt, efficient, and through in his work. I will continue to use Bob whenever I need an expert!

I had Bob out to fix a basement shower for us and was so impressed by the work that when the time came for a new Water Heater they were our first call. When I called Bob he apologized and informed me that he was booked up and wouldn't be able to come in a timely fashion. He recommended some other companies for me to contact since a water heater isn't something you'd want to wait on. He had a cancelations occur the next day and he called me right away to see if I was interested. His quote was significantly less than the other providers. I agreed and he had the water heater installed the next morning. Clean-Professional-Cost Competitive-Excellent-Clear Explanations- Couldn't Reccomend Higher

He was on time, explained the installation procedure and how the new water heater and expansion tank would operate. Also provided some professional advice about some other plumbing. All in all another good experience with this company.

Bob said he would be here at 4, was prompt and came prepared. He was extremely informative and patient with all of my questions. Very clean and organized!!!! Today Sparks Plumbing Service gained a lifetime customer. Price was more than fair.

Steve did an excellent job. He was very responsive, easy to work with, prompt, and scheduled to do the work right away for a reasonable price. We would definitely use Starks Plumbing again. He also installed a warning alarm on the sump pump for us - our only complaint is that if it goes off (because the sump pump has failed) you have to go into the crawl space to reset the alarm - we didn't know this at the time. We probably should have had the alarm control/reset located inside the house or garage so that it was more accessible.

Everything went great. Work was done on time. Price was fair. No surprises. They were very professional.

We called the Stark brothers (Bob and Steve) on Thursday morning and left a voicemail to let them know we had a leaking water heater that needed to be looked at. They promptly returned our call and had my wife text a picture of the water heater serial number to them to see if it was under warranty. Unfortunately, it was not and they quoted us a price of 1200 to replace the water heater. We have used them many times in the past and they are very honest and dependable. We gave them the go ahead to replace the heater and they were at the home within an hour to fix it. Steve was supposed to have the afternoon off, but came to do our job instead. (By the way, they have helped us in the past under late, last minute circumstances in the late evening when our sump pump failed and our basement was flooding). Steve had our water heater quickly replaced and even knocked 50.00 off the price he quoted us. They are great guys. Very polite, professional, and have always done an outstanding job.

They are excellent. He did an excellent job and didn't leave any mess or anything.

He was great and I would definitely use him again. He tried one thing but didn't worked out, called him again and he back the next day to do it again and it's okay. He didn't let us replace the part but instead tried to fix it first.

Steve is a true professional. Showed up exactly when he said he would, did exactly what he promised, and charged me on the low end of the range he had estimated ($508 on an estimate of $500 to $600).

Faucet in bathroom was broken while trying to clean aerator and needed to be replaced. Since the vanity contains two faucets and the broken one could not be matched with a replacement, both were replaced. The faucet was broken by the IPL man while inspecting my house trying to save me money by more efficient means. I did not hold him responsible for the breakage since it could have happened to anyone trying to loosen the fixture.........but so much for IPL trying to save me money!! I called Starks Plumbing and Bob Starks provided the replacement. As always Starks Plumbing is very dependable in getting to a problem as soon as possible. The replaced faucets look very nice

I've used Starks several times. Steve is very nice and professional. He always does a good job and is reasonably priced.

I got this company from Angie's list and I'm happy with the work that they provided me. They used the generic one on replacing my shower head. I would use them again.

We called Steve after reviewing all the reviews in Angies List. He came out, gave an estimate and a date and time of service. He called today saying he could come a little early, only took 45 minutes to install, gave great instructions, cleaned up if there was any mess, and everything works perfectly. He is great, great personality, very professional, dependable and great price!!!

Very pleased with the service and quality of work. The water pipe was not a simple job because of the cramped space up in the ceiling with a number of branches of pipe running close together. He kept the hole in the finished ceiling to a minimum size and covered it with a vent cover so that it still has a finished look without having to repair and finish the drywall.

I noticed water heater was leaking on Fri. Called Steve Starks at 9a on Monday morning. He arrived at 1:30p and I had new water heater installed and working by at 3:30p. Steve was punctual, knowledgable, and efficient. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Steve was very efficient, he was able to fix both faucets and the main shut off. He was onetime, polite, and fixed everything. We would definately use Starks plumbing again!

This company has a busy schedule but still accommodated my plumbing needs without feeling rushed. Answered my questions. No pressure or sales gimmicks to acquire additional work like many of the "big box" plumbing companies do. Licensed plumber which is important for this kind of a job.Did not feel that I needed an on-site consumer rep with me to provide advice.
