The job was scheduled for 8 AM he and showed up on time. He promptly went to work and completed the job without any problems. He tested all of the connections for leaks and tested the stove to make sure everything was working correcting.

On time, professional job and great cleanup. They are now my permanent plumber.

Waste water from our kitchen sink was spilling into our crawlspace. Apparently it was backing up due to a saggy pipe and some clogs down the line. The drain water was spilling out at the point where our water softener drain was connected to the line. I think he ended up cleaning most of the pipes down there multiple times and then he fixed the pipes so they did not sag anymore. He also added a valve to help keep the water flowing in the correct direction. We tested the pipes and retested and he didn't leave until he was satisfied with his work. He had estimated that it would take 45 minutes, and he ended up staying almost 3 hours. He only charged me the price he originally quoted me. They are great and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Great. Came the same day I called. Very polite. Cleaned up after he was done.

I liked the way he worked. I will probably use him again whenever I need plumbing work in the future.

My son had turned the outdoor faucet on and connected the hose without my husband's knowledge after it had been winterized. When he discovered this we called Starks Plumbing and luckily Bob was able to come right out the same day to see if we were going to have a problem when it thawed. Since the faucet was old and leaking a little in good weather I asked him to go ahead and just replace the faucet and he did, with a better quality one. He did a great job and was courteous, timely and professional. We will definately call him for any future plumbing needs and recommend him to friends.

He was on time and fixed the pipe in a very quick time. I've used the Starks brothers for years. They have performed new construction, refurbishment and in this case an emergency repair. This company is not just the best plumber I've ever worked with they are probably the most professional and best contractor I've ever known. I wish all contractors had the professionalism, punctuality and great prices as Bob and Steve.

I was tired of hearing the toilets drip. I knew from previous experience I do not always get a good repair when I handle it. Called Mr. Starks and he came out the next day, replaced the inner workings of the toilets and fixed the dripping shower-problem solved!

We noticed a leak in our basement that was coming from a toilet on the first floor - not a big job, but we needed it taken care of quickly because we were leaving on vacation. Having previously had bad experiences with other plumbers, we consulted Angie's List and found Starks Plumbing Service. We called Starks Plumbing, left a message, and someone called us back within an hour. They scheduled a time for the next day, showed up on time, and completed the work quickly at a very reasonable price. Mr. Starks was personable and professional and we would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

The kitchen drain had clogged 2-3 times and I couldn't get it to stay clear. Bob Starks found that there was an obstruction in the old cast iron pipe and proposed abandoning that pipe and installing a new section which he did. The bathroom sink drain was in poor condition. I decided not to tackle it myself and had Bob replace the drain piping. The work he did was going so well, that I also had him install water and drain lines for a new dishwasher and replace a faulty basement sink drain that I had planned to do myself.

I emailed Starks Plumbing to see if they repaired hot water heaters. They responded right away and set up a time to come and take a look. He came and made the repairs necessary. His price was very fair. He was neat in appearance and wore booties to not track in dirt. He was very knowledgeable about his work.

Mr. Stark answered the phone (most of the plumbers I called did not--they just had an answering machine). He came right to our house within an hour and was very courteous. He was careful not to make a mess and worked extremely hard for an hour to try to fix our problem. He worked diligently and tried several approaches to our problem. In the end, he didn't charge us because he was not able to do the work. We will definitely call him again for any other plumbing problems we might have.

They did a very good job and nothing has leaked. He showed up on time to do the work and worked very quickly.

They are friendly and they will come any time you need them. They always get the job done so you don't have to call them back. They have reasonable prices compared to other. They do not have a service call or traveling fee which is nice. I have been using their services for the last twenty five years now.

His price was very competitive, and did a very professional job. He was very friendly and he was on time. He was a very good plumber. He called his brother in when he was doing the piping, and they got it done quickly.

After 5 years of smelling sewer smells in out kitchen, family room and using many different plumbers looking for the problem Mr. Steve Starks found the problem. The vent pipe that runs down behind the wall that vents the sink was broker or cracked in the wall. He was able to fix the problem. For the first time we are now free of the bad sewer smell. Mr. Steve Starks was very professional and would highly recommend him. Also cleaned up after he was finished.

The owner does the work which is why we love them. We've also called them when they were too busy to get to us, but they did refer us to someone who was just as reputable. I would highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Starks Plumbing I don't know where to start. When I first called I spoke to Bob on the phone and he told me right over the phone what was most likely causing the problem and what it would cost to fix it. I scheduled the appointment for the next day and Bob called me about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on schedule to arrive at the designated time. He was perfectly on time and even wore booties over his boots when he entered the house to make sure he didn't get the carpets dirty. Bob had the toilet fixed within 15 minutes and was extremely courteous the entire time he was in my house. There is no question I would hire Bob and Starks Plumbing for future work.

They are wonderful people and don't overcharge. They always do the job right and are always clean. They are just really professional people.

Work was performed in a timely professional manner. Bob arrived for an estimate on time and then was able to perform the work on the cold water line as well as the additional leaking shower heads. He worked quickly and cleaned up all areas after he was finished. Will definitely use this company again.

Steve Starks was very nice and professional. When the job was being quoted, he took time to discuss and explain the work and offered suggestions. I would use Starks Plumbing again as well as recommend them to others.

They double checked all of the piping under the sink before they left to make sure everything was working properly. I think that was outstanding.
