 + 1 moreOn a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Tim a 15! He contacted me within 5 minutes of getting a notification of my needs, came out to give a quote and had that done in less than 24 hours. We scheduled a time to do the job and he arrived early. Was there from 9am to 7pm and finished the job, removing all waste, packing crate and old window. He was extremely focused on the job with a goal of getting it finished by end of day which he did. I had an idea to turn my kitchen into a sunroom vs having a sunroom addition built, a far more expensive alternative and Tim delivered this and more. A real pleasure to work with him. Needless to say his card stays on my refrigerator for next project!
Description of Work: Job consisted of tearing out a window and replacing it with double sliding glass doors and an outdoor light.

 + 3 moreWhite Wainscoting in this bathroom was really difficult to cover w/dark paint.....Required 3 coats. Mr. Stadlemann sticks w/the job no matter how difficult. I now have a beautiful bathroom!
Description of Work: Filled in & sanded dry wall & cabinets. Painted ceiling, walls & cabinets, repaired ceiling fan. Filled holes & installed new handles on cabinets. Removed & recaulking. Replaced door hardware & other bathroom hardware.

Description of Work: Install a new exhaust fan in a bathroom that previously did not have a fan. (fan not included in cost of service) Vent that fan and the existing exhaust fan from another bathroom properly in the attic. Replace inside doorbell. Build and install step inside garage. Fix and update outlet in garage.
