Description of Work: Greg Spivey built a room addition for our home. Over several months, I met with Joe (Salesman) on the design of the room. Joe never gave up on me as we worked and reworked the design to be exactly how I wanted it and also get the room into my budget. When constructed started, it was discovered we had extensive water that had settled under the house. Tim (Project Manager) quoted us and delivered on an additional drainage system to drain the water away from the home. We had a bit of a snag with the Heating/Air Conditioning Unit that was installed (faulty wiring); however, bumps are always to be expected and Tim responded quickly and corrected the issue. Construction was flawless and everyday we are thankful for our new room: ~20X20, cathedral ceilings, huge and extensive windows, brick wrap! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the quality of work they performed!! Highly recommended them to everyone!!

Description of Work: We were looking for companies regarding an addition to our home. This gentleman not only responded promptly to my inquire (whereas others have yet to respond months later), but he also gave me some personal insight to other companies where he has recognized quality work. Mr. Spivey's company no longer does addition and he has no ties to the other companies that he mentioned. it was just good advise.

Description of Work: Greg Spivey Remodeling had done remodeling work for us 9 years ago so I thought I would reach out to him to see if he would be interested in some major projects we’re considering. I messaged back and forth with Tim several times and provided my contact information as he requested, and he said Greg would contact me within a few days. It has now been over 3 weeks. If this is the type of service I can expect when he doesn’t even have the business, then I certainly wouldn’t trust him to provide excellent service after the chase was over. Terrible service.

Description of Work: We had them do a complete remodeling of our master bedroom which included tearing out our old shower, removing our old Jacuzzi tub, adding a new vanity, installed granite counter top and installing a tiled walk-in shower in place of the tub. This also included adding new floor tile. We also updated our half bath downstairs.
