First, I was shocked that our 2 year old major renovation had termites! But we had 2 companies come out to give us advice and a quote. The first thing is that Speedway came out very quickly while the other company took weeks. Second, I went into the crawlspace with the technician, he immediately found the termites and clearly knew what to do. Finally, they treated today and as we were told, there was no residual volatiles (we have air purifiers that would have "lit up"). These guys know what they are doing which is a big relief when bugs are eating your house!
