Went very well. They actually came out earlier than they anticipated which was a welcome surprise. Work was completed as expected.

Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 9/21/2019 I bought a Yearly service plan which covers 2 $69 visits per year plus a $40 extra charge for their "priority" scheduling. They did a morning or afternoon 4-5 hr range of service and I asked to be on the front end of the 12-5 afternoon schedule since I had other errands to run later in the afternoon. Unlike other service providers who give you a 15 min warning that they are on their way, they require you to call back if you miss the warning call. I stepped outside with my dog for 10 min, & missed 2 calls. One saying they were on their way if they heard back from me, the next one saying they were moving to the next call since I didn't call them back in 10 min. They dropped me to the 4:45pm time so I waited all afternoon & got nothing else done. I asked for my remaining money back, but they would not return the $40 for the "priority" scheduling. What a rip off! Run away from this company!. Their technicians are trained to suggest more things that cost you money, as well. Oh and the process to get my money back, took several emails and 3 mos. just to get the 2nd service fee of $69.50 returned.

Great, the tech came at the beginning of my appt window. Quickly figured out the problem - and replaced some piping and cleaned out the clogged drain line from the air handler. I signed up for the maintenance plan, so I had no out of pocket for the day which was amazing! Overall, ridiculously happy with the service.

In just three days they had everything fixed. Sent out a technician...on Labor Day...to determine the problem when I found the air filter was wet. The technician determined there were a number of leaks in the evaporator coil. Filled system with coolant to keep it working and they had a sales person out the next day and installed a new air handler the day after that. Everyone was very professional. Would definitely use them again for future work.

We quoted 3 different vendors. We appreciated that Blake came out and provided a quote that was transparent, included a slightly larger unit, and emphasized the higher efficiency unit. I felt that the other vendors we quoted were not as transparent about higher efficiency units. Once selected Blake worked with us to have the unit installed in under one week, and the team was fast and efficient! We would definitely work with them again!

They had installed our air conditioner and furnace 17 years ago. They did give us a discount because of that, which made them the best price out of 3 estimates. We only needed the air conditioner immediately but got the furnace, too, partly because of its age and partly because we went from 80% efficiency to 96% efficiency.

We solicited three bids to replace our air conditioner. Airtron had the best price, and they didn't try to oversell us on the replacement equipment.

Fantastic. Called on Thursday, came out Saturday to install. Was 90°+ outside and they had everything completed in a couple of hours. Kyle Caudill and Adam Shobe were polite, professional and knowledgeable.

We have god luck with them and very pleased.

Our AC had died and we need it fixed fast. They were able to come out quickly and get it running again even though the system was really old and hard to find parts for.

The tune up was fantastic- I wanted to make sure my AC unit was ready for the spring. Brandon took the time to go through both of my units, leveling/cleaning both the indoor and outdoor unit. He was in and out in about an hour. He explained/answered all of my questions thoroughly. Not one part of the conversation was him trying to pitch me more work or upsell me on something i didn't need. He was a pleasure to work with.

Very good, I highly recommend them. They are on time, very efficient. It was $140.00 for the whole year for both spring and fall.

They did a great job, on time and I'm pleased with the service.

It went well. He called about half an hour before he arrived, both within the times expected. He did a complete inspection as part of our preventative maintenance program and did not find any problems. "No problems to report" is very reassuring with the kind of weather we've been having.

We are happy with the work. We converted our system from electric to gas, and the professionals at Airtron walked us through this lengthy process. The salesperson (Blake) was very knowledgeable about this process and always answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. The men who did the installations were polite and efficient. They also took time out to explain our new thermostat and best way to even out the heat in our bilevel home.

The dispatcher did not call ahead of time as promised. When the kid got there, I overheard him saying to someone on the phone that he had no idea how to figure out what was wrong with my furnace. He later told me he may or may not be able to get a mystery part (he could not name the part) that would work to fit my furnace, but that I should be contacted by their "Comfort Team" to buy a new furnace during the next week. This all happened on a Saturday in February. Later Saturday, I saw his report, which said I was not going to be there all weekend, so there was no hurry. I have no idea where he got that notion. I was there, and my house was 45 degrees. I called on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and was told the part was found and would be in sometime during the morning. I was instructed to call back in a few hours. I called at noon, and was told the part might come in at 2:00 in the afternoon. The monotone call center matron who identified herself as "Amber" or maybe "Amanda" told me she had no idea when I would be put on their schedule so that the part could actually be installed. I asked if I could pay extra to have someone come after hours (if their schedule was full during the afternoon and evening). She said that they do not do "after hours" calls. I asked if I could pick up the part, pay for it, and have someone else install in the middle of the night if necessary. She said no. This review might sound unreasonable, but I assure you that if you had spent two February nights in a home that is 45 degrees, you would be unhappy too. I do not understand why this company has no emergency, after-hours service. To anyone reading this review, find a company that has after-hours service because when your furnace doesn't work in the winter, scheduling three or four days out is not going to cut it.

Airtron tried twice to repair the problem. On the first try they could not find the problem but said everything was fine. Second time they actually found the problem which appears to be related to the original installation not being done correctly. They said they fixed it. They also said the thermostat which they originally installed was bad (second time) but was no longer under warranty. ($600.00 to repair) Problem was either not fixed or failed with in 1 week. We have had problems since it was installed it is a Bryant 80+ with heat pump. Airtron did a good job the first couple of years we used them but their service is getting steadily worse

I have to give a shout out to Airtron. We came home last night to a horrible noise and then a burnt smell came through the registers. It didn't take long to ascertain the furnace was out. The tech at Airtron walked us through some troubleshooting on the phone and then came out around 11 pm. The motor and capacitor were replaced and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We are on a monthly plan with Airtron, so the entire bill of over $1000 was free. I highly recommend Airtron and their Essential Homecare plan. It really has saved us money and puts you on a priority list for emergencies like this.

I was very pleased with the work and the price. I had gotten estimates from several companies and Airtron seemed to be the best choice. They gave me several options, explained each and what would be involved, They were not pushy. I've used them before and will use them again if needed.

They have been very good. It took several trips for them but they did get things done well. Part of this was due to us not living in the house at the time to be fair. Overall they were good and we will continue to use them.

Excellent team of people! Everyone we dealt with was professional and answered all our questions. Our Consultant shared a great savings opportunity available to us and we were able to switch from electric to gas with little out of pocket costs up front. The installers were on time and completed the work efficiently. I would highly recommend Airtron for repairs, consulting to full installs. Their maintenance plans are also worth it!

was not contacted in a timely manner. When finally contacted, appt was set w/representative. No one ever showed up for appt. When called, they advised I did not have an appt. Rep called back and advised he had the wrong date written down, even though when appt was set, the date and time were confirmed with the rep.
