Matt did a great job selling us what we needed, rather than something with all the bells and whistles. Chris removed the old furnace and installed the new one in a few hours over a holiday weekend. We really appreciate the quick service and great price.

Contractor installed a Goodman unit and ductwork 12/2016. Water intrusion noted 12/2020 from elbow joint not secured during install. Multiple elbow joints without adhesive. 3 leaking. Cost $500/elbow replacement per new contractor. Drainage PVC not leveled away from furnace unit, excess water onto and into furnace unit shortening lifespan of HVAC unit. Contractor does not stand behind faulty install after 2 years.

We could not be happier with our experience. Blake Lackey, the estimator and sales rep, went way beyond the normal call of duty and came by to monitor the installation of our new furnace. The installers did an excellent job and demonstrated true professionalism. They were in and out within 3 hours and cleaned their way out of the house. Highly recommend Blake and the Airtron team!

Great! They were courteous, professional, on-tine, and wore masks and booties. Both techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They had to make a few trips for parts. Our circuit board had fried. But they got us on our emergency heat for backup to be able to use safely until they were able to make the repairs. It would have been a lot more expensive (though still much more fair than the other company we'd had quote us prior), but we joined the annual service plan package. It's worth every penny and I can't recommend it more to homeowners.

Referral was made through Duke Energy. Airtron was prompt in getting back to me and sending a rep. He explained my options and provided written quotes for them. Quotes were much better than 2 competitors I also got quotes from. Since I was converting to gas from electric, Airtron arranged for the gas to be run to my house and took care of all the details. Once the utility was installed, the replacement was scheduled very quickly. The technicians did a fantastic job, executing a very neat installation in less than a day. They provided informative answers to my questions and made sure I was satisfied before departing. They cleaned up behind themselves, leaving everything in great shape. Good. We identified that I needed a new water softener. He improved the water pressure in my house. After the new water softener (different company with their installer), the pressure was fabulous. He fixed a toilet leak that the previous plumber had said was a leak under my concrete driveway!!

I have dealt with Airtron for years so when i had an issue with AC I contacted them. The tech analized the issue and gave me an estimate of $1300-$1700. I got another company to look at the issue and they fixed it for $330 . They found the problem to be something that the Airtron tech never checked. I informed Airtron about this and a Manager contacted me. He had no explaination why his tech did not check completely. Airtron was not willing to address the situation to my satisfaction. I would not recommend Airtron

The guys did an AWESOME job. These guys where in perfect sync. They where always on the same page and knew what needed to be completed next before the other was even done with their part. Fast - Friendly - Knowledgeable - Efficient They cleaned up the job site and left nothing behind.

Have been using Airtron for annual inspection & tune ups since moving to Indy. Service has always been professional & had been advised of the impending failure. Once this happened they were able to keep us cool until the scheduled install. The install was neat & clean as if nobody was there. Nice job!!!

replaced it. brought over incorrect filter and person on phone said to still use it. my furnace uses a 20x25x4 and they brought over 20x25x1. lucky I signed up for a essential plan and got a 500 discount for the 800, and it's to be used on first repair. Be careful if they tell you to get the plan as it lists coil but they told me over the phone coil is not covered. I'd be leery about the essential service plans they offer.

$750 down the drain...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Airtron replaced the motherboard on my furnace / AC system on 12/26/19. Suddenly our system stopped working completely (no AC / heat / air flow) on 6/6/20. I called Airtron and requested a tech come to my home to see what the problem was. The first available appointment was the upcoming Thursday (6/11/20) which I found completely unacceptable seeing as though the temperature has been in the high 80's lately. I contacted Heil Heat and Cooling and they sent out a tech that day. The tech came to the conclusion that the motherboard was fried because the tech from Airtron installed the motherboard incorrectly and the motherboard was receiving too much power. I called Airtron, informed them of the situation and asked for some sort of a refund seeing as though I paid $750 and they told me they would not refund any of my money because another tech checked our system. Completely unacceptable seeing as though the actual motherboard costs about $115 and the markup on the parts / installation is outrageous. IF YOU HAVE ANY AC ISSUES - CALL HEIL - THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY - and they didnt even charge me a service fee for coming out to look at it. The only thing I had to pay for was the labor which was $200.

They have been fantastic to work with and they do the ongoing maintenance of our HVAC system. The office staff are excellent and the techs themselves are very easy to work with and thoughtful. They stand behind their work and are extremely responsive and responsible. They replaced a faulty part and did not charge us for it. We would highly recommend them.

Good experience! Mark was a great technician--he called first, came on time, found the problem--capacitor not working--replaced capacitor. Sprayed down A/C unit, did A/C tune-up. Appreciate job! Appreciate Customer Service Representative Kelly, who took care of a Contract issue. Kelly also wrote a note to Contracts regarding the $100 credit on future repair. Greatly appreciate Tina in Contracts who honored Airtron's Contract with Angie's List for $100 credit off a future repair.

Outstanding! Airtron was the middle price bidder of three all bidding on comparable brand furnaces. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and completely replaced our furnace in two hours.

As always things went well. Good customer service and everyone is kind and easy to work with.
