Very good experience.
Description of Work: A/C had stopped working, line had froze up. When I spoke to representative on the telephone she told me what to look for outside to see if the line had any ice on it, and it did. She told me to turn off the A/C completely at least 12 hours prior to tech coming out, otherwise the tech's testing equipment will not work with the line still frozen. This was great information and saved me some dollars as a second charge for the return trip would have been necessary had the tech arrived with the line frozen. The tech gave me all my options after checking, freon was low with a very slow leak. I used their $89 coupon, which is the normal diagnostic fee to check things out so that saved me some money. They don't even park their vans in the driveway so there is no possibility of leaking oil on your driveway (and wear footies over shoes when entering the house). This was a very good experience, I don't think they are the cheapest HVAC company around, nor the most expensive. The tech was very professional in every way. My tech's name was Cody. I also like their appointment times, since my wife and I both work during the day, their regular evening appointments from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. worked out nicely (and this cost no more than regular day service). I would recommend this company based on my one experience with them.
