Airtron technicians came on time, installed new air conditioning unit & cleaned up after themselves. They showed me the work done & explained what each part did & maintenance needed to keep it running optimally.

Our air stopped on a Wednesday. I called at 11:00 a.m. The tech/sales person was here by 2:00 p.m. Checked air unit and the compressor was out. Checked the furnace and showed me how rusted out the burners were, so decided to replace it all. The next day a two man crew arrived at 12:30 p.m., removed the old units and installed the new air and furnace units, as well as the new thermostat, and were gone by 3:30 p.m. I was totally amazed, since the old installation 18 years ago literally took that company all day to remove and replace their air and furnace units.

They were okay. I think they came out under warranty. I would use them again.

Salesman was very informative & helped us select right furnace & air conditioner for our home. The technicians arrived early & went to work disassembling the old & installing the new. They were very knowledgeable, polite & cleaned up after themselves.

Everything went well. The unit that the service people brought with them was damaged so we waited 45 mins. for a new unit to arrive. Still, the job was done in shorter time than I expected.

Everything was great start to finish

Jacob Deputy & his co-worker arrived on time. Jacob was extremely helpful showing how everything worked. It took them about 3 hrs to install. They both worked diligently during those hours. I was very pleased.

Ray came quickly because our air conditioning unit died. We got three estimates. Ray was the only HVAC tech that told us we needed a pipe to properly exhaust. Upon research, we found out he was right. We were so thankful he brought it to our attention. The techs arrived 4 business days later. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions at the end and gave us lots of energy - savings ideas. They cleaned up our house and our yard - like they were never here. They were kind and polite and worked extremely hard in hot conditions. I would highly recommend this company.

Sales person was exceptional .. on time, prompt with follow-up, highly knowledgeable, and patient to answer my questions. Install was scheduled quickly, crew arrived on time, completed as expected with no issues, cleaned up everything, and took the time to address all questions. System is operating, and the house feels great! I comparison shopped, and AIRTRON had the better service experience, equipment, and price.

They were on time and very professional. Did great job and cleaned up afterwards as well. However the cost was high. Also the old unit should have lasted longer. It broke twice.

The installers, Joe & Tyler, called ahead and were punctual. Both were very professional and courteous plus both had a cheery attitude. Worked efficiently from my view. Explained everything and continued to ask if I had any questions. Made sure I knew they/Airtron were just a phone call away. Very nice young gentlemen.

Blake was great to explain all. Jared & Robert very courteous & even went above & beyond to be helpful & courteous to my next door neighbors Jared should be commercial deal the way he handled my concerns about the compressor installation. You talk about "customer service" he is one of the best I have encountered. I'd hire him! My neighbors told me today 5/17/2017 how courteous & helpful they were. Now that's above and beyond. It's wonderful there are still "real people" out there & it's not just about the work they are performing. Whatever you are doing in your training keep it up. Very customer oriented.

It was fine. I have used Airtron for several years, always a good value. I have them check the HVAC in the fall and spring. This time they had to replace a part that wasn't working.

I was on vacation at the time, when they came out my brother was there. From what I heard everything was positive. They got it fixed. It is hard to describe the cost, because they told me if I bought their service plan where you get 2 checks a year. They said that would make the new parts cheaper. So I bought that, and half of that applied to my repairs.

Arrived on time & got right to work. They were efficient - entire job took 3 hours. Explained everything to me. Overall positive experience. Only negatives - one of them was smoking in my driveway. They left some trash behind that a co-worker was supposed to come get. 2 days later it's still here.
