We had no issues after they were here and gone. They fixed the issue and we have not had any since. I think it was maintenance. The one thing I do remember is that we thought we were going to have to replace the air conditioner unit and they were able to fix it without replacing it. That was a plus. They took the time to let us know what was wrong with it and fixed it. To this day it still works. I don't think it (the price) was too much. I don't remember the price, but I don't think it was expensive. They were timely and accurate when they said they would be here.

They did a good job and we got good quality. I would use them again.

I went to Airtron first because they had done our heating and cooling system. It was in the same ballpark, but he was really pushing for a bigger tank than we really needed, and didn't really give us any options but saying you know, you don't really need this. The prices were comparable, but we ended up getting a smaller tank than he had recommended. They used different manufacturers and stuff, and another company used the manufacturer that we had before, so we decided that we would stick with it. Prices I just think are high. It's the way it is, but I still think it's high. They're a good company that services a lot of people in the area, and I see their truck around a lot, so they're a good one to start with. They're not a two-bit company. They're responsive, and they usually call back and leave a message saying we hope you were happy with our service and if you have any questions, please let us know. We only have positive experiences.

Jeff Piel was very professional and did his work while a window washing company was here also. He seemed thorough and informative and very good natured about working around three others in house and my dog. Jeff was very pleasant to have.

Very well, showed up at appointment time, used shoe covers. Replaced furnace, added humidifier, all ductwork professionally installed. Perfect cleanup, excellent instructions for use. Tested completely, removed all materials. Will sign up for maintenance contract.

Arrived on time after phone call. Took out furnace and water heater, air conditioner & heat pump and humidifier. Next day floor guy arrived on time. Lap time for Airtron workers as staff did not allow enough time for floor repair.

Jared immediately introduced himself and company, plus his 2 assistants - Tyler & Alex. Very cordial, friendl;y, explained what was to be done. Our AC handler is in the attic, so it was good they got here by 9 am and finished around 2 pm. No complaints. They did the job as written.

Found humidifier needed to be replaced, ordered and installed two days later.

Joe, Ryan & David were great! They got right to work - kept me informed of the process, made sure everything was satisfactory. Joe explained thermostat, etc., when finished. Highly impressed with the crew. GREAT JOB! Oh, and Blake was great as well! He came out first to go over details & give us our quote & options. Thank you Airtron!

The technician was punctual and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem rapidly. I used the AL coupon to waive the service call fee since a repair was done. The technician gave me several tips on how to preserve the life of my HVAC system. I would definitely use Airtron again.

Airtron arrived on time, was very professional and thorough, installed everything in a timely manner, & best of all, they came in at the lowest price (of the three bids we got). Obviously this was a costly repair, and they offered 18 months, no interest financing.

They come twice a year and we've never had any issue with them.

We are on a service plan. We pay $200 per year. They've been excellent. We've used them for multiple years, probably about 18 years.
