Description of Work: LIGHTNING HAD KNOCKED OUT MY MODEM. THE THOUGHT OF TRYING TO GET MY THREE KIDS AND THE COMPUTER ALL INTO MY CAR AT THE SAME TIME FOR A TRIP TO A SERVICE SHOP WAS MORE THAN I COULD HANDLE! TOM PROMPTLY CAME OUT WITH A NEW MODEM AND SURGE PROTECTOR AND FIXED EVERYTHING. I ALSO HAD HIM INSTALL A NEW SCANNER AND CLEAN UP MY COMPUTER OF UNWANTED JUNK. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE EXCELLENT.
