My project consisted primarily of a walk out basement that had block/brick retaining walls on each side. Basically, each side was falling in taking with it a patio deck that rested on top of it. This was a very challenging project and the four previous companies that came by to look at it appeared either intimated by it or just plain clueless how to resolve. Shane Ellison, the owner stopped by and gave a fair and reasonable estimate and commented that it would be a pretty easy project for his skilled team. My walk out basement and retaining walls were completely rebuilt and look absolutely fabulous! In addition to Shanes great team members, it was refreshing to see how engaged the owner of the company stayed along with his frequent site visits throughout the entire lifecycle of this project. Thanks again Shane C. Construction for such an AWESOME JOB!!! I definitely recommend them as well as would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Chad .S

Shane Construction prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I managed skilled trades workers for many years and know the value and quality of good work.

I have a stone wall that goes around the front of my house and around the driveway. I chose Shane Construction to do the job. They did a great job filling in the lost mortar and cleaning up afterwards and the wall looks almost new. I also have a stone house that had numerous joint cracks which were expertly filled in. The house and driveway were then power washed. Very friendly, attention to detail, responsive and so very professional. I would hire them again and am happy with the result. In fact, this is the second time this company has done work for me with great satisfaction on my part.

They were able to get out to my house with in 24-48 hours and complete the job.

It was very good -professional, courteous, and fast without sacrificing workmanship. I would suggest anybody needing brick or stone masonry work to give them a call.

The stone on the exterior of our chimney needed replacing so they put new stone on it from the roofline up. The top of the chimney also needed some help so the put a nice cement top on it. The workers were very concise and cleaned up very well when they were done. We would definitely recommend them.

A very unpleasant experience. I know many contractors were understaffed around the time we had our project estimate/downpayment, but everything started 2.5 months behind schedule and above the original estimate. While all of these are things that aren't new to home projects, communication from the company was almost non-existent. We regularly had to reach out for any update and were typically ignored. Even the worker who originally wrote up our invoice no longer worked there by the time we had problems. When the work was finally performed, we were pleased with the workers and the results, but one of the items on the invoice was left to the end of the day and skipped. We were told by the workers someone would be out with a ladder to finish things up that week - despite the fact that we already had to pay for a lift rental to complete the project. The only person who came out later that week was Shane to collect the check and he seemed completely surprised by the item on the invoice and the fact that it wasn't done. He also said someone would be out to finish it later that week. Joke's on us because we figured it was a small item and went ahead and gave him the check anyway. Long story short, no one ever came back out except some kid with a ladder who didn't even know why he was sent. I spoke with Shane and we finally got on the same page about the roof patch, but never had further follow up. All of our calls, emails, and messages passed through staff were never returned over a 3 month period. I even texted/called him directly on his phone and tried to visit the company during their posted hours only to find no one was there. Would not recommend by any stretch of the imagination. You might receive a lower quote, but they were extremely difficult to deal with, impossible to get a hold of, and never completed all of the items invoiced. I am finally giving up.

Repair was done very poorly, finished product looks terrible and when I requested someone to come back to make it right I was told someone would call and come back but no one ever did.
