IF A COMPANY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY DO, THEY WILL NOT WORK FOR ME. MANY OTHER MOLD REMEDIATION COMPANIES OUT THERE DO NOT REQUIRE THAT A WAIVER BE SIGNED AND WILL GLADLY WARRANTY THEIR WORK. JOEL WAS PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED TO REALLY KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I'M SURE THEY PERFORM THEIR OTHER SERVICES VERY WELL.
Description of Work: JOEL, THE OWNER, CAME TO MY HOME AT THE REQUEST OF MY INSURANCE AGENT. I HAD WATER DAMAGE TO MY MOBILE HOME AS THE RESULT OF A BROKEN WATER MAIN. JOEL TESTED THE HOUSE FOR MOISTURE, AND BECAUSE OF THE PRESENCE OF MOLD WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT SPEAKING TO MY AGENT FIRST. THE NEXT WEEK AFTER MEETING WITH MY AGENT, JOEL FAXED ME A WAIVER TO SIGN WITH REGARDS TO THE MOLD, WHICH STATED THAT WE WOULD HIRE AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY TO TEST THE MOLD TO DETERMINE ITS TYPE & TO LET THEM KNOW HOW TO CLEAN IT. THEN THE WAIVER WENT ON TO SAY IF WE DIDN'T SIGN IT TO SAVE THEM HARMLESS, THEY WOULD NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE OF MOLD REMEDIATION. WE DID NOT CONTACT THEM FOR FURTHER SERVICES.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD CLEAN UP JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE MONITORING THE PROJECT. I WAS JUST THRILLED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY WOULD ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY WOULD COME TO THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED UP FLOOD DAMAGE IN OUR BASEMENT INCLUDING PULLING UP FLOORING, EXTRACTING WATER, HAULING OFF ALL DEBRIS, ETC.

NO ONE CAME OUT AND I CALLED 11 DAYS LATER AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME IF I WAS ON THE LIST STILL. I CANCELED WITH THIS COMPANY.
