 + -1 moreI CALLED SERVICEMASTER AND WAS TOLD I COULD DROP THE RUG OFF AT THEIR GREENWOOD LOCATION. (ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE A WESTSIDE TELEPHONE NUMBER, THEY DO NOT HAVE A WESTSIDE LOCATION.) THEY ASSISTED ME IN GETTING THE RUG OUT OF MY CAR. THE RUG WAS READY IN ONE WEEK AS PROMISED. IT HAD BEEN HEAVILY SOILED AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING IT UP.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A FLAT BRAIDED PARTIALLY WOOL RUG, APPROXIMATELY. 7' X 9', CLEANED. THE LABEL SAID IT SHOULD BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BY THE POWER SPRAY EXTRACTION METHOD.

 + -1 moreEVEN WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY THE PERSON ANSWERING, THIS TIME FROM SERVICEMASTER HAD NO RECORD OF MY CALL. SHE WOULD NOT ADD ME TO THEIR LIST AND REFUSED TO MAKE AN ACCEPT ION. I WILL NOT CONSIDER THEM FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS.
Description of Work: THEIR ANSWERING SERVICE WHO ANSWERED MY CALL DID NOT PASS ALONG MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE.
