I appreciate the phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. I've had plumbing work performed by Service Plus in the past, and the Service Plus technicians I've dealt with have been timely, professional, and they do a great job. For the toilet install, Derryck was no exception. I also trust Service Plus for maintenance and repairs on my heat pump, and I enrolled in their annual service plan.

Dan Craig was awesome in every way. I hope that the company recognizes him as a valued associate. He was very knowledgeable about what it would take to complete the job and was up front with explaining it. Very friendly, listened to my concerns and offered solution options. Job was performed in a timely/courteous manner as I work from home and often need to make phone calls. Thank you Dan. You are truly AWESOME!!!

My uncle who is blind , where's 2 hearing aids ., on a walker was charged $650.00 for probably less than 3 hr of work . He had a leak in his shower which it was fixed . I just think that was too much a hour for one mans work and I don't believe that they had that much in parts . I believe this was over charge.

ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I did not need a plumber. I needed an appliance repairman. The error was with the dispatcher not the repairman who came to my home. He was very nice, very thorough and honest to say he wasn't an appliance repairman. He did check the drains and hoses.

Very professional and polite. Answered all my questions. My only issue with them was that the first estimate did not include a lot of issues that 'came up' and it ended up costing me much more than I anticipated. But the work was done well and quickly.

Dan was very professional and passed along some interesting and valuable DYI tips.

Their prices are really high. Toilet installation that took the guy less than an hour cost me $390. I already had the toilet and the connectors which, of course, he didn't use. He used his and probably included that in the bill. Guy that came out was very friendly. But I would not use this company again because of their rates.

I had contacted a few other plumbing places and they kept pushing me back weeks down the road. These guys scheduled me for an estimate quickly and then scheduled me for a service quickly. The workmanship was excellent. The shower works great and the basement plumbing was done just the way I wanted. They did a great job of removing a piece of drywall and then screwing it back in securely and evenly. Would highly recommend!

Replaced leaking drain in tub. They were quick to contact me and and provided quick, friendly and professional service.

Quickly contacted me and got someone onsite the same day. Explained everything very well. My only complaint is that it was quite expensive. They have a year-long service plan that is a good value for the services performed and they provide a 5% military discount.

Ryan Phillips was very professional and worked very quickly. Had my washer drain unclogged within twenty minutes. Told me about their drain special so the project only cost $79. Well worth it.
