Company uses its cheap maintenance program (Service Plus Club) to push unnecessary repairs/upgrades, and high-pressure tactics to get you to commit before having a chance to research your true needs or competitive prices. Had an inspection today. Recommended two unnecessary things, including replacing my old, but perfectly working garbage disposal. Who proactively upgrades a working garbage disposal?? I definitely needed a water heater. I consider tankless + a water softener, but their quote was 68% higher than a bid I later got (from a highly recommended small, local business). But, I could save $3k if I agreed to the service that day...which was still 23% higher. When I got the later bid, I told them that I was going with the other company. They offered to match the bid. Really??!! If you can do it for that much, why did you give me an inflated bid to begin with? Nope. Trust broken. Club membership canceled. Never going back. Stay away from this predatory company!

I’m not going write much about this wretched bunch. Let it suffice to say their tech quoted a repair cost estimate that was 230% higher than the other two quotes I got from their competition. And, the work quoted was not even needed. This is a classic example of a company to avoid. Be smart, stay clear.

It was a very long time to get the job done, but it was one guy that was out knew what was left to be done

I was lied to about the severity of my plumbing issue and given a â discountâ to do the repair quickly. The repair ended up being a 5 minute fix but I was charged for a half day. I called multiple times to discuss and canâ t get a return call. Donâ t use them!

They kept us well informed about having someone come out

They took care of the removal and replacement of our water heater in a very timely matter and were very courteous.

They were able to get them removed within two days and did a great job.

He was a no show. He didn?t call to offer an explanation. He is the second referral from Angi that was not satisfactory. I will not use your referral in the future. I will take my chances on word of mouth from friends and acquaintances.

Nice but not conscientious

Had to get water softner replaced. The company seemed a bit pricey but the work was done quickly and done right the first time. Would recommend this business.

The serviceman ( forget his name) was professional, courteous and it was a bit difficult ( clogged toilet) but he stayed with it till done properly.

Service Plus - DO NOT USE! This has to be the most inept company I have ever dealt with! They hire young folks who have NO experience (i have pics on Yelp). They have damaged my roof with his aggressive ways of ripping the old unit out and putting the new one in. I have been without A/C two or three times since it was installed. Please do research before you hire companies.....lesson learned for me. Do not let this happen to you! There is a hole they put in my roof...you can actually see the light coming through, not to mention the water when it was raining....into my attic? The wiring.....not even up to code, nothing is in junction boxes. It is a hodgepodge of wires EVERYWHERE. The case around the wire is already shredded off, which will cause a fire or destroy the unit! You can see water damage from inept employees destroying my home. They let me use a portable ac unit (this time) and it has dripped all over my flooring! The headache has been going strong for over a month now! They need to change their name to Service Minus. Anyone else deal with these clowns? Did you get resolution? Please share. Get this........now they are trying to sell me a $6k tankless water heater! My water heater is less than 9 months old! Please use a reputable company that does not sell you a $10k paper weight then leave you in the heat. There have been numerous techs sent out to see what is wrong but nobody said anything about this botched wiring until I said it looks not up to code! Then he said that I was right, that it is not wired correctly. So nobody was going to fix this disaster until I mentioned it. I am just a homeowner who depends on having quality/knowledgeable workers when spending upwards of $10K! I have no experience in what THEY should know. Very poor training and very poor company. I have asked for the owner to contact me twice, with no response. Just goes to show this company only cares about screwing the customer! The other 1 star reviews are true. Please let your neighbors know about the poor quality of this company so they do not get ripped off! The only positive is that they have friendly employees........but it is all just a scam, because they make up the prices as they go.

Everyday that I wake up I think about all the time and money that I have wasted on this useless and incompetent company. One case in point was my dryer that stopped heating. I paid $60 for service fee plus my regular monthly fees for 6 months and was told that I would be given $250 which was 1/3 what it cost me but would have to wait 8 weeks for my payment. I was furious so I spent three more weeks trying to reach escalation and finally they said it would take three weeks which never came. I told them to shove it and canceled my contract. If you deal with this company you need to have your head examined. They are useless.!!!!!
