The Tech checked out. It was not a water problem at all. Very professional even shared his stories of what he had seen. and his advice of what to next.

Very professional and courteous. The central air went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Brandon arrived within an hour or so of my initial phone call to Service Plus. He gave me the news the system needed to be replaced, but arranged for portable air conditioner units be delivered within a very short time. The new system was installed the next day by Damon Y & Christopher C. They left the area neat and clean.

Realizing that your central air is continuously running is call for a check up. Service plus was easy to schedule and work with. Joe showed up in the window provided and most importantly he called to inform me of his arrival time. You will not find that with most companies. Joe showed up and discussed not only what all he would be doing but took the time to answer any questions or added advice to any issues or potential problems. Very pleased with both the customer service and with Joe the technician. professionalism and service is not lost with this company nor with Joe! Highly recommend

Tony came to do an annual service review of our air conditioner. He arrived on time, was very nice, told us what he would do before he started, what he did after, told us the status after he was done- even changed our filter for us and advised on a possible solution for adding a mini split in our back room that has no air. Tony was awesome to work with.

Michael Neumeyer knows what he was doing and he was a true professional. They service plus sent an email Michael is coming with photo. That made me more comfortable.

I had Service Plus come out to do a yearly maintenance on my A/C unit. Joe White was extremely professional and helpful. He explained what he was going to do and completed the job in the time he said.

I was interested in converting my range to gas. He was thorough and honest. He explained that a gas line could be installed but a vent would need to be added. It wouldn’t be possible for me to do that at a reasonable cost. He was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He said there would be NO CHARGE for his visit. I would happily use them in the future!

They were fast, and the technician did an excellent job.

Promptly came to attend my needs. Made a detailed inspection and found and issue that was corrected it the same day. Left a connection loose and had to come back to fix it. Price was not better than other plumbing business.

I hired them to do a diagnostic evaluation of my HVAC unit. He seemed to do a thorough job of identifying the problem and he offered me 3 possible solutions ... unfortunately all 3 were a bit out of our price range so we're going in a different direction.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Service Plus. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite and courteous and seemed very customer oriented. My technician, Nick, was awesome. He knew exactly what to do, explained everything clearly and offered options. I signed up for their program/club and am glad I did. I have no problem recommending them.

I had a reverse osmosis water purification system put it. It went ok, but the servicmen had a lot of issues that made it take longer than expected to put in. They also didn't really go over the system after it was done, I would have liked to know more about changing filters, when to do so, the warrenty etc.

Service Plus did an excellent job with my plumbing repairs. They were able to start immediately and complete all the repairs the same day.
