This review is being written only a few weeks after having my AC installed, so I will mostly comment on their customer service and install skills. If I have any issues with their service or with the longevity of my new Rheem AC unit, I'll try to get back here to update. My old AC unit was 17 years old and had been limping along when the lines froze. I had a specialist named Thomas out from Service Plus and he was able to diagnose a couple different issues with the system very quickly. His advice was to replace the unit based on several factors that he was willing to explain to me in very specific detail. I am somewhat handy (not with ACs unfortunately) and very analytical, plus I wasn't excited about having to buy a new AC, so I wanted lots of details and explanation on why my current unit couldn't be repaired. Thomas was very professional and answered my questions very thoroughly. It was very pleasant. Next was the installation. I came to an agreement with Thomas to purchase a new system at 9pm. My AC was completely installed by 2pm the next day. I only deducted a bit off the rating for quality of work because there are a few placed where the refrigerant lines come into the furnace that aren't sealed perfectly that I thought could have been done a little better. I'm being picky, though. All in all, it was done in a timely manner and the AC has worked great for the past two weeks with no issues. Finally, the overall customer service. Service Plus has been outstanding throughout the entire process. Not only were they professional and thorough before I purchased my unit, but they have since called me to follow up and ensure that I am satisfied. They also generate all the paperwork needed to qualify for any rebates you are eligible for from the local utility companies. Even better, there was a misunderstanding about one of the rebates, and the Cheri with the rebate department went above and beyond to ensure that we could work something out so that I would not feel that I had been mislead. So far, Service Plus has been top notch. I hope that they continue to stick to such high standards as my unit ages.
