The owner was very professional, punctual and answered all my questions about the staging process. I am very pleased with this company I and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: My home was staged to get it sold. Sell it fast was a one stop shop for everything I needed and this took so much pressure off my shoulders. They provided the following services: staging, painting, carpet cleaning, carpet stretching and professional house cleaning.

+ -1 moreOur home was on the market for 9 months in 2015 and did not sell. We put it back on the market the summer of 2016 and used Sell It Fast! We did absolutely everything Deborah told us to do because we were so motivated to sell. And, we got a full price offer after only three days on the market. Not only did she provide advise, we rented some greenery and decor to stage our home from her plus hired her to remove wallpaper border and paint two bathrooms. She only charged $150 per bathroom! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and dependable. We will glad use her again for our next home sale.

+ -1 moreIt went incredibly well! Deborah could not have been any nicer, professional or more reasonably priced than she was. Her perfect taste in complimenting our home with the decorations she had, I think, helped us sell our home much quicker than it would have without it. She also came to our home and analyzed the most effective way to set our house apart from the competition. The funny part was the things she told us about our potential buyers proved to be accurate when we went to look at houses and were the buyers ourselves. We could not be any happier with the service she provided. Deborah told us that we would probably sell our house in about two weeks which was the only thing she was "wrong" on. With her insight and the changes we made because of it, we sold it in 10 days!

I have additional properties in the Indianapolis area and look forward to working with the very enthusiastic and talented Ms. Bannister again. Timely, professional and excellent value for the services provided.
Description of Work: Deborah Bannister of Sell It Fast! Home Staging and Redesign worked magic on my rental property in Indianapolis, IN. All problems and flaws on the interior and exterior were professionally brought back to new condition in one week using her very competent staff of contractors. This included repairs to walls, flooring and the landscaped areas. A complete painting of the interior with colors chosen by Deborah transformed the 3,000+ square foot, two level house into a show piece. She also added various perfections in the form of furniture, lighting, pictures, etc. that highlighted the beauty of the property to potential buyers. The exterior required replacement of an expensive double pane difficult to access upper level window. No problem. Bids obtained and the window unit was replaced. New exterior shutters, painting of the front door, power washing of the entire exterior and upgrading the landscaping provided great curb appeal resulting in a quick sale.

Description of Work: Deborah modernized my house from top to bottom in order to update and upgrade the style and look. New paint, fixtures, mirror redesigns, indoor and outdoor repairs, cleaning, and staging.

Description of Work: Sell It Fast does EXCELLENT, quick work and produces results! She took a out-dated, filthy condo (an inherited estate situation) and in two weeks updated virtually every surface in the place. The results were astounding and the beautiful "new"condo sold in two days to the first person who viewed it, even though there were four others in the same complex on the market. We do not live in the same city as the condo and Deborah was so easy to work with from a distance to get it completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Two other estimates were more than $10,000 higher in cost. Deborah and her crew left every detail taken care of and Deborah is exceptionally easy to work with and a very honest person. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and would use her again in the event of needing to sell any property. There are NO negatives to report and I give her the HIGHEST OF RECOMMENDATIONS!

+ -1 moreThe owner,Deborah Bannister, is energetic and work progressed quickly at first, but slowed down when she started working on other houses at the same time. Her workers were not well supervised and either the work was not inspected afterward by the owner, or the standards were set low. Surprisingly, with a little more work the house would have looked acceptable. As it turned out, the condition of the floors, trim, and windows was unacceptable, and the basement was worse. My realtor (who recommended this company) was also unhappy with the results. I would not hire this company again.
Description of Work: Amount spent does not include work done by subcontractors such as refinishing hardwood floors and painting. Sell It Fast! was hired to get my house ready for sale. Extensive cleanup, hauling, and landscaping were required. Services also including renting some furnishings so that the house would show better.
