Security Choice - ADT Authorized Company

When I called to order the alarm system the Sales Representative (Tara) was wonderful. She explained what I was getting with the basic system, including the monthly and installation rates. She also explained how to obtain a girt card that was equal to the $99 installation charge. She set up an installation appointment that fit my schedule. On the day of the installation a technician from SafeStreet USA was due at 5 p.m. I went out to get the mail at 4:30 and noticed a truck parked a little way down from my house. It turned out to be the tech. This made points for ADT. He came in and showed me the basic system and then we walked around my house so he could get an understanding of what I might want/need. Josh installed the basic system and them we talked about what more I wanted. I spent an additional $923 for additional items that I felt I needed. He suggested that I spread it out over 3 monthly payment on my Master Card. Josh Alexander was GREAT! He answered all my questions and concerns....I had lots. He only installed what I wanted. There was no pressure at all. He even spent time with me while I set up my ADT account on the web and downloaded the ADT app to my iPhone. It was a very good experience and I happy I did it.

We had an existing alarm system that was installed during construction of our home. We were only interested in getting the system connected for monitoring. I was skeptical that any company might try to replace our existing system and we didn't want that hassle. The sales Representative, Eric was very understanding and did the due diligence to verify our system was in good working order. He then quoted us a monitoring charge plus suggested discounts that we may be eligible to receive. After agreeing to the monthly monitoring charge, Eric scheduled the installation for us while he was still at our home. The installer, Jason was very professional and had the system up and functioning in a very short while. Jason, did identify a potential problem with our and quot;land lineand quot; and suggested a wireless option. There was no additional equipment charge and we have a more secure connection. We were very pleased with their customer focus and and quot;no hassleand quot; approach.

The installer was very pleasant and did a good job. Thus far, we haven't had any problems with the service.

The installer was quite nice and knowledgeable, and I have no problems with the service. They even called right away when the alarm went off by mistake one time.

So far it has been very good. I have not had any problems with them at all. They are looking over the service well.

The technician was very kind and patient, and he took the necessary time to explain how the system works.

Everything went well. They were fast and professional, and they did a good job of explaining how to use the system.
