He arrived on time and was persistent in dealing with my 50 yr old windows. He did a great job. Next i want him to. Put in a screen/storm door.

It was a good experience. Shane was easy to work with and professional. He did a good job of explaining the work and also giving some advice on areas of wood that would need to be replaced eventually. I was happy with the work, new screens look great. I would use again.

Prior to the actual work day, Shane came to see what we needed and explained what he does and then provided an email estimate for the job. Shane came and spent 2+ hours doing the work. He removed the old screen material and replaced it with new. All the work has a 1 year warranty and we got multiple discounts, one for being an Angie's list member and one because we had more than 10 screens to do. He cleaned up and disposed of all the old materials. If we ever need screen repairs again, I would definitely call Shane.

It went Very well, all the screens looked great. Workman showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally.

Found Screens and Things via Angie's List. Left initial message for quote, and a return phone call was within 24 hours, as suggested. Quote was provided within 24 hours, as well. Shane provided screen options, and left samples. After a delayed start on day of project due to equipment problems, Shane was very professional and efficient at replacing screens. While arrival to start project was delayed, he called to alert us that he would be arriving later than expected. We appreciated his conscientiousness with respect to our time. Also, he needed to come back a second time to finish putting up the trim over the screens, as we did not have sufficient boards during his initial visit. His return visit was within days of our calling to say that we had the extra necessary supplies. We would recommend to neighbors; as well as use again should the need arise.

The person who called to set up the appointment was extremely polite and courteous. They were able to come out within approximately a week of me making the request and getting an estimate on the work . Shane arrived on schedule despite a downpour of rain earlier in the afternoon. He displayed excellent customer service. He asked before coming into my house if I would like for him to take off his shoes. Shane inspected the screens he was to repair and started immediately and completed the job in a very efficient manner. Shane was very personable and easy to talk to about the work he was doing. He explained different aspects of my windows which were a concern and I let him know they were being addressed. Ironically, he knew the gentleman who was doing the work on fixing my windows and let me know they do a great job and highly recommended them. (Windows Makeover-Brett) Before Shane left he cleaned up the area and made sure i was satisfied with everything and let me know not to hesitate if I needed anything. Shane let me know he would e-mail my invoice for the work completed. Shane e-mailed me the next day and apologized for not sending it the same day. I thought him offering his apology was very professional but I felt he delivered the invoice to me in a very timely manner. No apology was necessary but was nice he extended it. Shane also let me know if i needed his assistance with other work on my house he could provide me with some recommendations. I thought Shane went above and beyond servicing this customer and I was very pleased with the experience.

It went great! Also replaced door closer for cost and stopped the screen door from sticking, no cost, when they removed the lumber. The screens were over lapped and tacked down. Plus they did it on a Sunday.

Shane arrived on time after a weather delay the day previous and spent several hours replacing all the screens in my porch. The porch is two story and they had to work around existing landscaping. The finished product looks great and they took great care to replace all wood in the condition they found it. Shane was very good at communicating before and during the job. The provider was very proactive in scheduling the appointment, sending an email with his upcoming schedule openings. the whole process was very professional and easy. We had additional screens to be repaired, and they were done at a discount. Very happy with the results and would surely use again if needed!

Replaced screens for 2 windows and a patio screen with pet proofing material. The original frame for one of the windows was already bent. When he replaced the screen, he managed to make it fit back in, but gave the option to come back and rebuild the frame at a discounted price. Great customer service.

We needed three screen for a house we just purchased. Called and decided to drop old screens off at their location. Picked up screens and when we tried to put them in, they were a tad loose. Called back and the owner said he would like to come to our home and adjust them to our windows?.as a courtesy. Shortly after, he came and adjusted them. Talk about "customer service!" He and his wife were so kind and wanted to make sure we were happy with our screens. We would definitely use them again!!

I had Screens n' Things out to replace the screen in an oversized (6'x 4') screen door my dog ran right through. they replaced it with dog-resistant screening. They warrant their installation for 1 year and the screen is warranted for 5 years. They guarantee the dogs won't be able to run through, or scratch through this screen! I originally had them scheduled for a few days earlier. through some silly mistakes they missed that date. But, mistakes happen. They were very apologetic, gave me a $20 discount and even came out on a Sunday to do the work. Excellent customer service, I think. Their work was great and the screen now feels very sturdy. I will definitely use them again for the next screening work I need.

We had hail damage on several screens around our house. Shane came out and flew through rescreening our windows. They did an amazing job, and I'm so happy we got it done.

Shane called me promptly and set up the appointment for a friday afternoon. We ran into an issue on Friday so he rescheduled for Sunday at 9:00 A.M which worked well for me. When Shane arrived, he got to work and took 6 screens that were torn and replaced the screen material on all 6 windows and reattached to the windows. Job was quick and windows look great. Will not have any issues referring Shane to my friends if they are in need of the same type of work done.

On my own I had ordered a new sliding screen door for our deck from the window manufacturer and needed it to be installed by a professional. We contacted Screens N Things for the installation of the screen door that had been shipped to us by Andersen (manufacturer). Shane arrived and opened the package and that is when we discovered that unfortunately the screen door had been warped during shipping and wasn't straight. It was also dinged. I didn't want to ship the screen door back to the manufacturer and so Shane tried to straighten the damaged screen door and patiently installed the door in several different configurations to ensure proper fit and movement of the sliding screen door. I was pleased with the end result. Shane was professional and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time and effort and cared to make sure the door was working properly even though the damage was pre-existing and not his problem. I definitely recommend this business and we would hire them again in the future.

Shane was prompt in coming out to the house to give an estimate. He gave me several screen options and mailed me samples of two different types of screen material. The job itself took him a large portion of the day and we couldn't be happier with the result. Quality work and pleasant to deal with. He even went above and beyond by replacing our door screen free of charge. We would recommend him to anyone needing new screens.
