"When I came out to the member’s home I explained to him that I give a 10% discount up front if he agrees to report on my company within 30 days of completion of the project. The member agreed and even signed my form clearly stating that if you do not report within 30 days you will be charged back the 10% discount. A week later after completing the first job, the member contracted me for a second job. About a week after that job the members wife contacted me to come back out and tighten a screen that had come lose from the first job and this was done at no charge. At 30 days out from the second job I contacted the member to inform him that I have not yet seen a report on either job. He advised me he would get right on it. Sixty days out I charged The member back $71.00 and $35.00, the 10% discount for the first and second job. The member sends me an email that he is going to pay it but that I should rethink my policies. If The member did not agree to my policy, he did not have to sign the form and he would not have gotten the discount and would not have had to report within 30 days. Since that email, The member has completed a false report on Angie’s List stating that I am charging him back $35 for the 3 visits I made to his house. So far he has only paid $35.00 and has been trying to negotiate his way out of the $71.00 by having Angie's List intervene. I immediately put a stop to this by filing a small claims court complaint against the minister for the remaining $71.00 plus court costs plus removal of his false and inaccurate report. Even ministers can't hold up their end of an agreement now-a-days."
"We apologize for any staples or dust that may have been left. Our installers attempt to clean the entire area before they leave. Unfortunately, some staples and nails do get missed. We will be sending this customer a gift card to make up for the debris. Thank you for your business and your report."
"I LOVED WORKING FOR THESE CUSTOMERS! I AM NOT SURE WHY THEY GAVE ME A RESPONSIVENESS OF B WHEN I WAS ALWAYS LEAVING THEM MESSAGES. I RETURNED ANY AND ALL PHONE CALLS AND GAVE HER THE PELLA DOOR FOR COST PLUS INSTALLATION. LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING MORE WORK FOR THEM THIS SPRING."
