Shane did a great job. We scheduled the appointment in advance, and his staff gave us a 30 minute time window for when he would arrive. He was running a little late from previous appointment, so they called us to let us know. When he arrived he was very polite, and finished the work quickly. He came and went in an hour. I would definitely use him again. We had a question about our patio door not latching properly (we just moved into house a few months ago) and he fixed it for no charge. I asked for a recommendation and quote to install a storm door to our front door. Not only did he give me a verbal quote, he sent me an email on what type of storm door to buy with the installation quote. He even will pick up door at hardware store for you for small fee ($25).

Shane contacted me right away after purchasing through Angie's List to provide an appointment. He was on time for the appointment, fixed my screens and the broken spines in them and replaced them quickly. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you for your professionalism.

Every was going well until Shane tried to put the patio screen back into the frame of the doorway. After working with the door for over 45 minutes he discovered one of the bottom rollers was broken. He still work with the roller until he got it to work almost smoothly. In fact, I told him it worked better than when we bought the home. He was diligent until he know I was satisfied with his work.

We called in the morning, and the screen was fixed by 6:30 the same evening! Service was quick, and everyone was very friendly to work with!

Setting up the appointment was a little tricky - he has a full schedule and unfortunately wasn't coming from a close locale to meet me. However, when we finally aligned our scheduled he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and my screens look great!

We emailed and gave what details about our porch and windows that we could. Shane emailed back and gave us an estimate and told us they needed money down to schedule us. We sent in the money and Dawn called us to schedule a day a few weeks out. They arrived and got right to work setting up on our deck. Shane did a great job working around our plants taking off and putting back up the door and down spouts. Dawn worked on the other screens and they were done in about 4 hours and cleaned up well. Both were very personable and did a good job on all the screens. We would use them again.

Shane Johnson, the owner of the business, performed the work and did an excellent job. He went the extra mile to get the door back in shape so that I wouldn't have to buy a new one. The door looks 100% better and is functioning properly. He was very professional and punctual. His pricing was very reasonable, and I would definitely use his company again.

What a service! It's so easy. Schedule the time, take out your screens, put them close to your driveway. Shane pulls up and out of the back of his vehicle, he whips around those screens in minutes. He even worked in the rain. If you want to improve the view from inside, get new screens. It makes the windows look cleaner.

Overall Shane did an excellent job re-fitting the screens into windows that were refurbished with rot-free frames. He also re-screened 8 screens that were torn over time. My screens now fit correctly and are uniform throughout the house.

Shane arrived on time and went right to work. He finished the job in about an hour. He has been doing screen replacement for about 8 years and knows what he is doing. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of his work.

Shane showed up when he said he would and did the job quickly and efficiently. It was a bigger job than he thought and he had to get more of the vinyl coated polyester pet screen to complete the job but still completed it in one visit.

I contacted Screens N Things through Angie's List. I heard back from Shane the same day. He came out and gave us a free estimate just two days later. After giving him the go ahead, he was able to get to us within a week. Shane and Dawn were very nice and easy to work with. They were very professional, personable and did a great job on the screens. They kept in contact prior to our scheduled day as the weather forecast was quite grim. As forecasted, Saturday was a rain out but Shane and Dawn came on Sunday to rescreen our porch! A portion of our screened porch was damaged when our sun umbrella was driven through it by wind during a storm. They returned my call the very same day and set up an appointment date and time that was near. They were polite, punctual and very professional. Shane did a great job repairing the damage and would not hesitate to recommend or use their services.

This company was prompt and provided excellent service. We needed our sreens replaced due to a hawk sheering these screens. He suggested we use a product called pet screen. A bit heavier but more durable.

Shane did an excellent job! He is the best and easiest guy to work with. I will have him back in the future to do my solar screens. Shane is very creative and is very good with screens!
