Screens N Things

It turned out very well! They did a fine job and he was quick to come out. I was completely pleased!

Shane arrived promptly at the appointment time and went right to work. It only took him about an hour to rescreen 3 windows and build an new screen for our kitchen window. The kitchen window screen fits perfectly now.

Gentleman arrived on time, actually early, removed the door and had the screen replaced in less than 20 minutes. He was couteous, clean and did a good job.

He had to come back and re screen two of the screens that he just finished as they were not done properly.

Shane arrived and was at our house for about 2 hours. I showed him the screens. He said he could fix them and rescreen the two with holes and that he could get them to fit in the windows. So he fixed the screens, rescreened, and drilled new and deeper holes in the windows so that the screens would fit correctly. He even rehung our patio door screen and did not charge me for that. His price was very fair for the time he spent getting the screens in as the windows were not uniform and the screens did not fit well.

They repaired a broken screen door. They were very quick and efficient. They came at the scheduled time. Everything turned out very well.

He did a really good job. His cost was reasonable. I think what he has is his uniqueness because he comes to your house and checks your old screens in the garage or wherever you have and he can fix it really quick. It's really neat how he does it. He offered through-the-year warranty on the screens. One of them needed slight repair and he came out right away and fixed it.

Purchased a Big Deal for rescreening. When I called to schedule the work, owner pointed out the Big Deal exclusion for metal screens. Despite my mistake, owner agreed to refund the Bid Deal purchase. He also offered suggestions for replacing my damaged screens.

It was a bad experience over all. It took forever for them to come down and perform the work, they said they were coming from Indiana. So they scheduled the work as they could. They finally came down and performed the work but the screens were very lose and were coming out of the windows the next day. They did come back either once or twice to repair the screens but the screens are still lose. I'll have to take them somewhere and get them done right and lose some $500 for the repair.

Shane removed the damaged screens from the windows and repaired them outside. Was not a long process.

Shane made this extremely easy on us. He came over, provided a quote, followed up and had the work done extremely well and fast. He even worked weekends to finish a job. I felt that he really bent over backwards to please us. It's so nice to have them all repaired.

Bought two Big Deal coupons for screen repair. Work was scheduled and done promptly. This job was somewhat difficult as the screens were old and the spine was cracked making it much more time consuming to remove. It added a lot of extra time to the job. I wouldn't have objected if there were an extra charge for the job, but he honored the agreed upon price. Would definitly use again.

You have to remove the screens from the windows and replace them yourself. The job was done very quickly and everything went well except 2 screens came apart after being repaired. The workmanship was guaranteed and we called and he returned and repaired the 2 screens again. Everything has held up now. We are satisfied.

Very nice job. Shane came to my house, and all work was complete as he said would be. My check for settlement somehow got lost in the mail, and he was very gracious about not charging me extra. Even followed up with a paid receipt when the second check arrived. I would definitely use his company again. Reasonable price (compared to a hardware store) and he comes to you! He is also very personable :)

Needed 3 doors rescreened. He did a great job on the doors. Work was done quickly and he did a nice job of cleaning up after job completed. I would use him again.

I researched the screen providers on the List and found that Screens n Things was the best option we had. I contacted Shane that day and received a response hours later to set up an appointment for an estimate. We agreed on the estimate and set up an installation date. He arrived on time and got the job done very quickly. I would recommend him to anybody that needs screen work done. A+ job.

Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Shane was prompt and very courteous and professional. He did a quality job - very efficient and work was completed in no time at all. He helped me put the sliding door screens back in which can sometimes be a little tricky - very much appreciated by a single woman. I've re-screened windows in the past, but this is SOOO worth paying to have it done. Saves me a lot of time and always a little frustration. Glad I found Shane and Screens 'n Things. Job was completed quickly and professionally by owner Shane. He was very accommodating with the older style screens and there was only a small additional charge for having to deal with them, since they are more time consuming to re-screen than regular / newer screens.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. Shane called me the day I purchased the coupon to set up an appointment with me, which I thought was great. We have 2 dogs, one of which tore up almost all the screens in our house, so we needed them replaced badly. I put this off for a while, but if I would have known how quick it would have taken I would have done this a long time ago. Shane came to our house and had them looking like new in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, and I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need my screens fixed again!

I purchased the two big deals. One was for 4 windows repaired and the other was for a patio door to be repaired. I was contacted with in two days of my on line purchase and set a time and date to do the repairs. The last time I had screens repaired I had to take the screens to the other place to have them repaired. I was pleased to see that Screens N Things would come to my house to repair the screens. He showed up on time and was done with the repairs within an hour. The work looks very nice. He showed me that the size of my screens were larger than the size for the big deal and why there was an upcharge. Over all it was an excellent experiance and I would recommend Screens N Things to anyone that needs their screens repaired.

I used one of the Angie’s List deals. I bought a deal where they would re-screen up to four windows for $74. He was very nice. He helped out because I had two sliding screen doors screen replaced and one of them cracked into pieces and for another $5 he replaced it. The other one had rubber so it lasted and it was fine. He worked with it and after we put it back on the door it wasn’t quite level so he took time to level the wheels and did a very nice job.
