It went fine. As it turns out, my furniture is fine. I thought the sagging cushions were because of something broken in the spring or mechanism. The padding is just flattening out from age. He said he could insert new padding whenever or if I want to. I've decided to wait for now.

Scott was very professional, very neat and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

He's superb. A real artist. We weren't in a hurry to have it done, otherwise he would have gotten it quicker I'm sure. Because there was a wait, he offered to deliver it to our house free. He had to build a new cushion to replace the busted out springs. Detailing ian eautiful and lots of fabric options.

Did a great job. Only issue we had is it took a while between the time we contacted him and when he did the work.

It went well. Nice guy and explained what he was doing. Reasonable price for the number of repairs and the time it took. I'd hire him again if I need such services.

Mr. Worley did an outstanding job on my chair. It looks better than I had hoped for. Very professional. He did take a bit longer than anticipated, but I told him not to rush, and he kept in communication to let us know the progress. He does the work himself so there is no confusion between who-said-what. He even offered to deliver the chair when completed, but we picked it up instead. Overall we couldn't be happier. He does an outstanding job, knows his skill well, and is an honest businessman. I would definitely use his services again, and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional reupholster job.

Project went really well! He was professional, things took the time he said they would, work was very well done and the price was reasonable.

Our 12-year old Natuzzi furniture is still solid and comfortable. We had pet scratches all over the loveseats in particular, and were trying to decide whether to purchase brand new, or have existing furniture repaired. After shopping at numerous furniture showrooms, we decided to try for the repair. We contacted Mr. Worley in early March to get an estimate. He came to our home to evaluate the damage. He said he would call us with an estimate. The estimate took about two weeks to get .... He then came out again, and took a cutting from the deep red leath4er chair bottom to get a good color match. He left, and said he would call when he would be ready to take the furniture for repair. After another several weeks, he told us he would be able to take a loveseat or the chair. We loaded our chair and ottoman, drove it to his home, and left it there. After a week or so, he let us know we could pick up the chair and bring another piece. We loaded up a loveseat and delivered it, picking up the chair and ottoman. A week or so later, we again delivered a loveseat, and picked up the repaired one. He did a super job. The furniture looks like brand new! The turnaround time is our only complaint. He originally quoted it would be five weeks till he could start our job, but he was not able to start until very late in April. We thought he would take all the pieces at once and keep them for about a week or so, but he was only able to take each one separately. We delivered the furniture and picked it up, but it did take much longer to get it back. The work is very high quality, and we would give Mr. Worley an A+, if he had communicated the actual turnaround time a little better for us. If you want a very high quality, and are in NO RUSH, this is the place for you. And even though I didn't like waiting so long, I would DEFINITELY use Mr. Worley again, and highly recommend him. Just don't be in a rush.

I am very pleased with the quality of Scott's work. I am disappointed that it took him almost 6 months to do the work and that I to make repeated calls to check on the status. He did give me a generous discount and apologized for the long period of time he had my piece. I would suggest clarifying a timeline for completion if you are going to use him. The work is excellent.

It was a small job, so Mr. Worley worked it in with his other projects. I gave him a downpayment of $70 on 11/26/2014 to cover the cost of ordering materials(I had taken a chair there previously so he could measure.) I used the chairs at home till he was ready for them. That was nice because other people I called wanted to keep them for 4-6 weeks. When he was ready for them I took them to his workshop and the turnaround was just a few days. I think he also glued one of the legs that had a partial crack.

We dropped off the cushion at Scott's workshop which is in the garage at his home. He assessed what needed to be done and did it on a timely basis. The foot is exactly the right height and style as the one that needed replacing (though you don't see it as it's covered by an upholstered skirt. The tears were well repaired and very hard to see as the patterned fabric disguise the stitching. Unfortunately, one of them has separated slightly in the 3 mos. since, but I suspect that's a function of the material being stretched fairly tight on the footrest and having 2 teens using it in a less than gentle way. The My only issue was that I had to call to check on the status and usually would have expected to get a call when it was done, but that wasn't a big deal. Would definitely use again. Good value for the repair to extend the life of the furniture.

It went great. He was very professional and showed up on time. He did what I asked and more said if I need anything else to let him know.

A nice wood-and-upholstered side chair that had been in my family for decades was broken (badly) by a very heavy acquaintance. I wanted to keep the chair for sentimental reasons. I found Scott on Angie's List and he was very responsive by email and phone. I thought his price was reasonable but I don't have a lot of experience in chair repairs. However, the person who broke it kept stalling about paying for the repair, even after Scott provided a written estimate. Eventually I gave the chair away to someone who could repair and use it. But I would contact Scott again if I had an upholstery need.

I had intended to do the job myself, but my sewing machine wouldn't handle the heavy fabric, so Scott took my foam and fabric and pieced it all together so I could give it to my daughter as a gift. He did a fabulous job.

He's VERY good. Fabric selection could be updated but we found a pleasing choice. Guests usually comment on chairs and do not realize they are not new.

Scott did a wonderful job bring new life into my great grandfather's gliding chair. I had the chair redone as a gift to my sister. Scott and I had a little miss understanding about the time frame that I needed that chair done in. The project look a lot longer then he had told me it would. The chair turned out amazing and I am happy with the over all work.

His work was outstanding. He really takes his time and he is very, very creative and artistic with his work. The icing on the cake was that it cost less than he had estimated. He is extremely honest and timely in getting items back to the owners.

Scott repaired a a sun damged torn cushion from a large couch saving me from purchasing an entirely new piece of furniture. He was very creative in his use of the small amount of fabric available as the pattern had been discontinued and was no longer available. He did the work in just a couple of days and the cushion looks brand new. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use him again.

Great job, done in a timely fashion, and the sofa is now comfortable to sit on!!!!!

He did a very nice job. He had a variety of colors to choose from. He did a good job communicating the service. It took a little bit longer than originally planned but that was ok because we were really pleased with the quality of work. He even followed up with my wife afterwards to make sure everything turned out ok.

My beloved Stressless Original, a leather Scandinavian-type lounge chair, developed a hole at the headrest. The hole began with a crack in the leather, then a tear in the backing underneath it. I had become accustomed to the chair in its thirty five years of use, and I did not want to part with it. I dropped it off at Mr. Worley's workshop based on the excellent rating he has on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. Mr. Scott Worley repaired the hole, reconditioned the entire surface of the leather chair, spiffed up the leather buttons which distinguish this lovely piece of furniture. The repair and the reconditioning has given the chair a like-new sheen. His service was cordial, the price fair, and the skilled work was completed on time.

He completely rebuilt a section of a three cushion sofa and the matching sleeper sofa. He refurbished all cushions and the sleeper section. The material I chose was stripes and he matched the stripes on every back cushion/seat cushion with the frame. His work is far superior to all other upholstery work I've had done. Scott's one problem is getting the work completed as scheduled. Since I've had him do work for me in the past, I knew to schedule my project in advance -- giving him extra time to complete the work. I happily deal with his schedule issues because his work is excellent. I will call him next time I need upholstery work done.

Mr. Worley was excellent to work with. He came to our home with a large selection of fabrics to choose from and his estimate for the work was very reasonable. I am so pleased with the results! The chair and ottoman are beautiful and like new! He also refinished the wood legs on chair and they look new. Mr. Worley is very professional and does beautiful work. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an expert upholsterer and I will use his services again. He even called a week after completing the chair to see how I liked it and I appreciated that.

We found Scott's favorable rating and contact information on Angies' List. We called on Thursday and scheduled service for 10:00 AM Tuesday. He estimated $75 to $100 based upon what we told him He called us at about 9:30 Tuesday and said he would arrive about 10:30. He arrived on time. He looked over chair and said the phone estimate was appropriate. He had to anchor three springs. He disassembled the chair and anchored the springs. He also rerouted some wires that made the springs work in concert. He reassembled the chair and completed clean-up and verification in about 90 minutes. He asked us to contact him if we had any questions or experienced any problems. The chair feels and operates like new. Scott was professional, personable and sounded knowledeable. .
